Mike's Property Journey in property investment started with him supplementing, that is, paying the shortfall to the properties he bought. After 5 years he was paying over R2 k and it was stifling. He initially was looking for a property flip opportunity, he found a run-down old house and found himself developing 5 units. He sold the show house cash, 3 units have since sold and there is 1 left to go. Property development is doable if you know which strategies to implement
