Hey dude don't know if you will read this but fk it😂. I recently switched to carnivore and I feel alot better since I switched. I was eating quite clean before carnivore although some days I would have alot of sugar on some days.. Chocolate etc but I never really went over my calorie range much. I'm still having cravings for sugar and I don't know how to completely cut the cravings. I don't really have cravings for just food it is literally just a craving for sugar.. I was a smoker 10+ per day since I was 19 I'm now 27 and on 25th November just 2 and a half months ago I quit smoking. I can say with pure confidence that the addiction for sugar is the same addiction for cigarettes BUT STRONGER X10. I'm not even exaggerating either quitting smoking was sooooo much easier than quitting sugar. Some days I will just have something "light" even though it usually is no more than 40g carbs I used to get 300g+ carbs per day so it is a difference but I want to cut this completely any ideas? I went carnivore mainly because I think I was getting reactive hypoglycemia which is said to be pretty much pre diabetes so I want to preferably cut out all carbs. Only been on carnivore since the 18th January so not really very long but still I would like to cut these sugar cravings quick time Also the reason for switching to carnivore was for health reasons this "diet" really does affect you for the better in so many ways. If any1 else just so happens to be interested in carnivore definitely do try it lol. It is completely different to keto imo.
@@JohnCenaWWEInvisible I was absolutely addicted to sugar. I basically started with carnivore but ate a banana 🍌 everyday for 2 weeks. If you cut sweeteners (sugar substitutes, such as aspartame, sucralose, and stevia derived substances, some are up to 200 times sweeter than table sugar), that will cut the craving too if you’ve been using them. don’t I have had to eat bananas for first 2 weeks starting carnivore and I just ate more steak and ate more crispy roasted chicken legs and thighs/drumsticks. I found prawns were sweet enough! I’d grab a pack of prawns and boiled egg, that stopped the crave. Same with 2 shells of crab meat. Wrap bacon around breast chicken. Liver pate melted on rump steak. Alternatively melt a slice of raw cheese onto your huge steak. Cook up your fried eggs in the bacon/meats fats for such good tastes. Docs tend to recommend upping the red meat proteins and fat, have you tried that? I had to stop the milk and it made sense, lactose is glucose and galactose = sugar 12g in each cup of milk 🙄 so sugar on the brain again. I had to cut it out, isn’t it such an addiction! But you’ll get there and most certainly for your health you’ll get there, cos what’s much harder is the dire consequences of subsequent serious illnesses from diabetes - tell yourself that. Speaking as a Medical PA, it’s horrific! Love carnivore.
My best friend suffers from schizophrenia and because he has seen my health improvements on Carnivore he changed from a vegetarian diet to a diet with a lot of meat and fish and a lot less sugar, nuts and vegetables than before. Its like I have got my friend back, the change is enormous 🥹 Thanks so much for your hard work doctors, you are saving lives 🩷
What a coincidence. I've been following Dr Chaffee for a few months, and yesterday I was searching for local metabolic doctors and came across Dr Ede who is 10 miles from my home.
I have enough 'problems' to justify my mental breakdown. I was depressed, anxious, panic attacks, insomnia and generalised dread all day every day. I was taking lots of meds to manage my days. When I became pre-diabetic (2021) I started on Keto for the sugar issues. Within days I started to see the colour of the sky, hear the ocean or the birdsong. I was amazed. I am now off all my meds and find quiet joy in most days even though my difficult issues are exactly the same. For ME remaining in ketosis is key. Thankyou Dr Chafee and Dr Ede for the work you do.
Well, that's in contradiction with what is said in this video, though. Keto still contains the plants and greens that cause depression, though. What is your response tho this, though?
@@Bourdjihez-M9b for some people eliminating plants is the key. For me, for now, maintaining high level Ketones is what stops all my body pains and resolves my mental anguish. FOR ME that is easiest to do by keeping my fats high and protein moderate. If I am travelling, meat alone may be too lean so I need to add fat. If I have a side of broccoli I can have lots more butter. It works FOR ME. I also do fine adding cream and cheese. My symptoms improved within days of starting on a Keto diet. Over several.months I am getting to know what is optimal for me. Best wishes for finding your best health.
I'm so glad to hear that it has helped so much! You are very welcome, and I hope you keep feeling better and better and that your difficult situation improves as well!
The way these food manufacturers are allowed to add toxic ingredients of any kind - in any amount, into their foods without ANY accountability or negative consequence, is criminal!!
As someone who was vegetarian for 20 years…it wrecked my mental health. I went absolutely crazy, left my family, had electroshock therapy and was severely suicidal. I am now strictly carnivore and my brain health is almost pristine. I don’t even recognize who I was back then. This is such important information.
@@oculartremors I agree with you completely. People of Hunza were vegetarians and lived to be over 100 years old without any health issues. I also used to hang out with a Yogi who was a vegetarian for his entire life and was in very good shape even when he stopped counting years at the age of 100.
@@Paul_Om actually it does seem a common factor as there have been alot of long term vegans from 10yrs plus go carnivore had great mental health benefits. Also other people just eating too high carbs and /or sugar with extremely bad mental health go carnivore and had great mental health results. Can't remember which vitamin it is but pretty sure it's a B vitamin that you can not get in a vegan diet as it's only found in meat maybe this is a factor?🤷
Just consider that most humanitarian food relief is sugar, seed oil and wheat.... guaranteeing an ill poverty stricken underclass, one step above starvation 😢
Exactly. Sugar has been used as a bioweapon to destabilize societies for centuries. Increased sugar imports into the Roman empire from Persia is how it fell, but don't expect to learn about that in a nutrition or history course. Now reflecting on the fact that Kellogg promotes cereal for dinner and the fuses in the twin towers came from KelX Corp, Kel as in Kellogg. These facts also inadvertently add to the argument against circumcision, though not super obvious. But there is a reason Kellogg promoted both.
Alllll of the "foods" at the food pantries for the low income and homeless populations are processed carbohydrates and 2% of it is fruits and vegetables. There are NO fresh meats.
Great video. Ten years ago, plant based nearly killed me from malnutrition. It was horrible. Thank goodness one day I was at my wits ends rewriting my will when I had an incredible craving for raw milk. It's not new to me but I had to do an internet search for a farmer since mine from over a decade ago retired. I found a new farmer, bought bacon, raw milk, beef liver, tongue and heart, eggs, butter and anything else I saw. Went home and feasted, woke up the next day not only alive but feeling like myself self again. People are just fooling themselves with "plant based".
This message describes me much to my astonishment. At 59 Days on carnivore diet, I found myself today crying at how different/better I feel in ways I can not even describe. I think my entire life was altered because of the wrong foods and not having the true needed nutrition. And this is only 59 days. Dare I say, "I think my life may have been hijacked?" Today I just want to sit in quietness and reflection as I know on a deep spiritual level that everything is changing as my brain heals. I am not who I thought I was.
That is so wonderful to read. I am in a similar experience at 2 months carnivore. Realizing I’ve never been so nourished in my entire life…and how that translates to every level of my being. We have all been hijacked in so many ways. Each new level of awakening out of the programming feels so liberating to me (if also saddening at the years of unintentional self-destruction). We are powerful beings ~ esp if given the chance to thrive! I truly feel that each one of us who awakens out of any level of false programming automatically helps liberate others. Congratulations and blessings to you.🎉❤
I have been on a “mostly carnivore diet” for around 10 months now. It was out of necessity. I found I have RA and it the symptoms came fast and were drastic. In the 3 months I had to wait to see a rheumatologist, I found Dr Chafee’s short about autoimmune treatments as it pertains to meat back in medical journals from the 1800’s. So, for those three months, I was pretty strict. Red meat, Salt & Water. I dropped weight immediately. My symptoms stopped progressing. By the time I met with my rheumatologist and she tested my blood, my RA factor was negative. I know I have it. I feel it and see the damage in my knuckles. But, the more strict I am, the better I feel. I splurge on carbs - I pay for it. I have a few drinks - I pay for it. This is a better lifestyle, no doubt. I’m almost 46 and I have abs. My muscle composition is different than it’s ever been. I am STARTING to sleep better, although I still do take a sleep med at night.
I was shocked, in a good way, how my anxiety and depression seemed to melt after about 3 week of a carnivore diet. This is the best I've felt mentally in the last 20 years. Losing 40lbs in 80 days helped too!
I’ve been doing carnivore for months and felt great, but lately haven’t been as strict. I’m definitely experiencing more mental distress. My mood is poor. I need to clean up my diet and start feeling better. Thank you for the reminder
Same for me. I was 12 months carnivore and felt better at 66 than I did at 40. Then Christmas arrived and I relaxed it slightly. Back to how I was before within 3 days. So today I bought a 12 kilo turkey and some steak packs. Time to get back how I was when carnivore.
No problem I'm glad that it was helpful! At least you recognize the difference and know how to improve things. That's a really powerful piece of knowledge that most people don't have. So at least you know what direction to go in! Good luck with that, I hope you feel better soon!
If you stopped being so strict, carnivore must have been causing you stress. Stress is bad for health. Sounds like you're caught between a pork chop and a hard place. Maybe you should just go low carb.
@@Frip36well i think social “norms” that’s shouldn’t be norms can be hard for people to avoid, especially around the holidays with family and stuff. As long as people notice and get back on track i don’t think it’s carnivore causing stress. Possibly could be the social “norms”
Georgia Ede is a real gem! Her psychiatry background and insights are so valuable to the “special diet” community. So happy to see you two coming together. (two gems)
I agree, she is fantastic! I was really pleased to get to speak with her, she is just as nice off camera as she is on camera. And so insightful, it was wonderful too hear her thoughts and experience, which are invaluable to people dealing with mental health issues.
When I was in my 20’s I had sever depression and bulimia. Prozac and acutane for my hormonal acne never helped. Therapy barely helped. I stopped birth control pills as were horrible to my mood disorders. What helped me was facing certain truths about my family and living on and joining the gym and eating keto diet ( even though it wasn’t called keto in the ‘90’s! ) The realization about one’s family can be heartbreaking but don’t fight it. Accept that as your truth that you can’t make people love you look at their damages and how they pass it on to their children cry about it and move on and don’t beg them. Live your own life. That’s when I decided to deal with my diet and then I began to emotionally feel better and then I began to enjoy my own life 1200 miles away from them
Omg I’m there right now at 54 & it put me in shock for 5 weeks while I looked right at it & processed it. I repositioned myself & now the sun is coming back out & I’m not falling apart at the seams anymore - hopefully never again.
Incredible!!! I am so grateful for the amazing, well read and supportive carnivore community for putting out life changing stories so needed in a world of sugar/ carb addicted souls.I had back surgery for painful turlov cysts a few yrs ago as well as feeling the debilitating effects of needing Lorazepam to deal with chronic anxiety brought on by an attack in my late teens. Due to a yr of carnivore, I am off Lorazepam and feel so much less anxious which is a miracle! My neurosurgeon stated I continued to have small Turlov cysts up my spine after having three large cysts removed from my sacrum and that I would likely continue to have pain. The pain is so much less as the inflammation is down in my body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I've only gone carnivore for a couple of weeks now, but the experience has been overwhelming. There is much more to learn about this subject than meets the eye, so I'm very grateful to Dr. Chaffee and so many others. I'm a practicing chiropractor with 45 years of experience, and I'm thrilled to share this with my wonderful patients!
This is so true I was caring for my terminally I’ll mum who was living with me when I found out we had to move from our rented house as they were selling it and also had to take over care of my autistic brother who had always been cared for by my mum yet as I was strict carnivore I had a serenity that was unbelievable and carried me through 🙏🏻🥰
From Mississippi, got fed up being overweight, a bro in law did carnivore & he told me to check out Ken Berry, Dr Anthony & Shawn Baker. I ❤ all 3 & we need more Dr’s like them!
Having borderline personality disorder, food and sleep are key to not becoming destructive in my experience. I went from being a complete nightmare to managing my emotions by elimination of processed foods and getting a great sleep routine.
@@Bourdjihez-M9b hi, I am, I've tried vegetarian for 3 years however my sweet cravings never left whereas on carnivore they don't be as strong. Got my bloods on both and both vegetarian and carnivore are fine but definitely carnivore helps better with patience and as you know we can have Blockbusters in our heads when we get annoyed about what we want to do to others 😀
Great work, takes self control. You are doing well! As time passes you'll get stronger, keep at it. A lot of us are in the same team as you. Carnivor has a calming affect😊
Relate to this podcast. I have ADD, Estrogen dominate. I was feeling depressed, and suicidal thoughts. I realized I had no reason to be feeling this way. I thought “It is my hormones.” I scheduled an appointment with a “whole body” doctor. I canceled the appointment. I knew Carnivore would work for me because I had done the diet before and just slipped off over time. Within a few days of going back on, I felt completely fine. Still feeling great. My hair quit falling out, restless legs are gone, lighter shorter periods, built muscle, skin looks amazing.
I bought Dr Ede’s Book. It’s fantastic. 35yr history suffering MDD, and amazed how much better I feel. I’m awake! Have enthusiasm, and interested in life. keeping carbs
Thanking God Dr Chaffee did NOT go through with those suicidal thoughts! Dr Chaffee and others like him, have saved my life and the lives of so many others! Keep spreading the word about the impact diet has on our mental health…not just our physical health. Thank you for this discussion.
I’m taking this and pushing it at the VA because I know this will help soldiers on every level! I’m 30 days in and so many medical conditions on the move and mentally I feel amazing; ptsd and depression has improved or moving the needle the right way! There’s still things that will never get rid of ptsd but you don’t have to feel like shit for the rest of your life. Dr Chaffee I’m from the same area as you; 5 years younger; the fact plants are trying to kill you came from UW is awesome!
I too am a veteran. PTSD, anxiety and metabolic disorder. I have been on carnivore since the middle of February. I am doing better, but every 2 weeks I am getting a detox effect. Right now a rash on my belly and diarrhea. I pretty much stop eating for a few days until it stops. I agree with you...we need to wake the VA up!! They are so far behind and my doctor will not hear me. She only thinks I have emotional problems, so she doesn't take me seriously. I hope that you can make some headway!! Personally, I think we will get further if we get more vets to try this and we all tell the VA. Eventually, they will hear us!!!
I am a Vietnam Era Army Veteran with a Service-connected Disability. I have six years experience with VA Healthcare. The VA Dieticians push the so-called Healthy Plate dietary advice that includes lots of unhealthy carbs. They also promote snacking with high-carb foods we avoid because we know them to be unhealthy. They do restrict access to healthy foods like eggs in VA Hospitals. They promote a low-fat high-carb diet that has made millions fat and sick. I am starting a youtube channel called Veterans Health and Nutrition. I would like to interview you and other Veterans to discuss the KETO and Carnivore Lifestyles that we know work to greatly improve health and reverse obesity, diabetes and related lifestyle driven diseases. Please contact me for more information.
10k views on here in 8 hrs speaks volumes mental health issues are in abundance. The excitement on Dr Chaffee face, that beaming smile discovering and listening to this knowledgeable Psychiatrist’s viewpoint on nutritional carnivore/ketogenic dietary and mental health correlation. It’s priceless! Well done to Dr Chaffee for this significantly important interview for those suffering mental illnesses and those who have loved ones suffering and can gain insight and pass this info on ❤
Dr Ede is spot on with her comment that we associate mental illness with events that aren't necessarily the cause and that you don't have to be strict carnivore/ketogenic to get benefits. I suffered major depressive episodes for years. An experience with a medication made me realise that it wasn't just depression I was getting hypomanic. When I was writing down my history to go and talk to the doctor, I realised that although I could point to 'event's' that 'caused' each episode of major depression, they were happening every 3yrs and always in winter and lasted 3-6 months. The hypomania was always happening in spring. I also realised that some pretty awful event's happened outside of that cycle and I didn't get depressed. I was eventually diagnosed with bipolar 2. I accidentally put myself on a ketogenic diet, and despite being convinced it would kill me couldn't unexperienced what had happened so started researching. I haven't had a major episode for 8yrs without medication. I have had some difficult situations happen in that time, none triggered depression. I have had some minor episodes in winter, but nothing that I couldn't continue to function mostly normally with. The last psychiatrist I saw said, accused me of making up my diagnosis and said I couldn't have bipolar as it's impossible to manage without medication. But there again perhaps she couldn't read, as she also claimed I'd never attended that clinic previously and I saw multiple psychiatrists there over many years, including consultants some for over a year, who observed both hypomania and depression and they all agreed on my diagnosis. The medication also helped my mood but I couldn't tolerate it for long. I've not even been strict ketogenic diet to achieve that. I aim to have ketones in my urine when I wake up 90% of the time. I've been eating about 50g carbs (in the UK so that is net as that's what our food labels give). And, that's been sufficient. Perhaps I could be better being stricter but until recently I wasn't ready for that and wouldn't have been able to stick to it, then I wouldn't have had any benefits.
Thanks for this honest conversation. Made me think of the ‘Seventh-day Adventist Church’. Would you believe, historian dr. Sean Hross has documented that we are being ruled by pharaohs, and the Masonic square and compass is about the number 4 and 3. Which is 7. Seven is for the numbers of a pyramid: it is square in the buttom, triangle on the sides. And then think ‘food pyramid’. And pyramid and pharaohs. But Sean Hross talks about an ancient enemy of humanity, and my thoughts are: ’is he right? Was the agricultural age initiated by the pharaohs? Which he says are much more intelligent race than humans. Even though they look like humans, their skulls are different. I was in Rome a month ago. I noticed Egyptian obelisks and in the Vatican, the popes’ are buried in sarcophaguses (like pharaohs). And remember the huge obelisk in Washington D.C. Obelisks are placed in all parts of the world. Historian dr. Sean Hross says an obelisk symbolise the penis of Osiris.
Wow!!! What an interview! Thank you, Dr. Ede and Chaffee!!! Dr. Chaffee, your vulnerability set the stage for a much deeper and effective interview. I am so impressed by that. It demonstrates what an amazing leader you are. Thank you!!!
Watching replay from Perth Western Australia 🇦🇺. Am 8 months carnivore strictly only all meat ( improved psoriasis 80%, reversed T2D)but Feb 1 , I’m doing a 30 day lion diet . No more bacon dairy butter seafood chicken. Only doing full on meat elimination diet( beef, lamb salt water). I’m on Day 5. Gotta eradicate the 20% left ifcpsoriasis. I keep a detailed journal and share on YT ;I share on insta fb everday . I believe we gotta share our healing story to the world, Dr Anthony Chaffee is my wonderful mentor . Mental disease is a great topic; it affects almost everyone. Thank you @georgiaede and Dr Chaffee
Take a selenium supplement and try using a selenium sufide shampoo topically. The yellow bottle. Leave it on for 1/2 hour or longer. I use it myself. In one study on pubmed, the selenium topical application quickly resolved all psoriasis in every subject. If you can find a pure selenium lotion then even better. But the researchers just had access to Selsun.
I'm glad to hear that you have improved so much and that you are going to do just red meat and water to fix the rest! I've definitely seen that make a big difference for things like psoriasis and autoimmune issues in general, so hopefully you will improve quickly! And that's great that you are documenting it all on social media and RUclips! I agree, it's really important to have as many people as possible show their healing journeys, through the positive and negatives. We don't just want the perfect cases coming through we want everyone living their lives showing what really happens and even the struggles because other people who are struggling can learn from this and get motivation that eventually they'll get through it. And the more and more people that show their real stories, the less meaningful it is when people deny that people are actually healing from this. Keep up the good work!
I hope this study referencing the 31 patients with chronic mental illness gets widely discussed in the media. People need to hear about this. And equally importantly is getting the info into the consciousness of practicing psychiatrists and therapists who directly work with this population of people. Blessing to both of you physicians for continuing to promote these health and life affirming nutritional practices. Dr Chaffee, thank you for sharing your personal and very scary story about your feelings and thoughts about suicide. I am so grateful for you and that you had the ability to get yourself out of that situation.

My wife was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure years ago and on a recent visit to her Dr her BP was tested at 170/90 (we were late for the appointment and the Dr was asking questions during the BP test. More BP meds were prescribed. Instead my wife has measure her BP under the correct conditions 4 x per day and has not had one reading above 130/70. We are reducing her meds by 25% per 2 weeks and so far so good. My wife has not felt so good for years (since she was put on the Meds)
@@anthonychaffeemd She is not Carnivore, but I encourage her to get as much animal fat and protein into her as she can. Thank you for your reply. I hope when Victoria or Australia are looking for a Chief Medical Officer that you get the gig. Something drastic has to change soon or we will be overrun with a Zombi Apocalypse of Obese and Mentally impaired Zombies and there is no way the Low Carb and Carnivores left can support them all.
I am constantly shocked at how many times blood pressure is taken incorrectly at doctors’ offices! They simply both don’t want to take the time and seem to want to be able to prescribe a medication.
Carnivore diet has me excited about all the health benefits I am getting, and was sharing with a guy who works at the local grocery store, and he told me he is also Carnivore, at first I was surprized and he said, "but you know I'm Inuit." it was a palm/forehead moment for me... heheheh. of course he is a carnivore. I told him we should go out and hunt us some harbour seals.
I finished 'Change You Diet, Change Your Mind' yesterday. It's an outstanding read - thorough, eye-opening, compassionate, compelling, and brimming with actionable information. If anyone is wavering, and a little unsure about taking the leap to a radically different way of eating for improved mental health, then Georgia's book will answer your questions and provide you with comprehensive advice on how to get started. Outstanding stuff indeed. Thanks for hosting the interview Dr. Chaffee 👌
I am just a single data point, but carnivore diet has significantly improved my mental health. I am one of those people who have plenty of real, pressing issues that negatively impact mental health, and most of those issues remain. Yet I find myself far more able to set and achieve realistic goals for overcoming these obstacles since starting this diet. Then there is the incredible effect on curing chronic illness - the improvements I've seen in my health are themselves enough to warrant real joy and hope for the future. Thank you to everyone who brought this way of eating to my attention. It truly has given me my life back.
I started carnivore almost 3 years ago for health problems (mostly gut problems) after trying an exhaustive amount of other things. I had no idea it would also cure my severe depression! In the first 2-3 weeks, my depression and suicidal thoughts VANISHED. They had plagued me for many years and only got worse over time until I went carnivore.
Dr. Eades did a talk recently (Jan 13, 2024) on Processed Foods. showed what happened in animal models (fed chow pellets). graphed the curves. then pulverized the pellets. redid the curves. shocking that all the curves matched. changing the particle sizes. is a no no. this is why all the ‘ plant based protein powders ‘ are a bad idea. pea protein isolates, etc. starting to see those everywhere. veg/an and keto packaged foods. this is the issue with any ‘ modified milk ‘, ultra filtered milks, homogenized milk even. changing what a healthy fat is. into a stable (shelf stable) product. ruins it. ruins u. and. not sure why anyone continues to pay for it. at all. 99% of products I see in my daily treks. are not food. at all. shouldn’t even be stocked. not a single psych / is aware of food (that I have come across here in Canada since I started to look in 2015) .. drugs or couches. that is it. all kinds of harmful ‘ healthy veggies / legumes / starches ‘ that have been uncovered in Canadian studies since 1990 people getting ruined by following their fav workout guru. low on funds. eating flats of cheap eggs. huge bags of spinach. cans of tuna. mercury poisoning. oxalates poisoning. horrible eyesight. that is what common folks are eating to be healthy, while their actual health goes into the toilet. expectant mothers or mothers with young children should be incredibly concerned, for as mentioned in this talk. you don’t have a second chance to rewind your child’s brain development. very heart breaking to see irreversible effects, that can’t be remedied. the body is self healing. but certain lifestyle choices seen in the smoking communities. linger. 10. 15. 20. 25 years. after quitting. all plants except for cannabis have a carbohydrates component. tobacco (a nightshade) has a significant carb component, but cancer rates didn’t climb until they tinkered with extra ingredients (sugar). everything we consume. affects our microbes. and thus mental health. will look forward to finding this book for our library. cheers from Canada.
It is my understanding that the chemicals required to produce PEA protein isolate is so toxic that the bulk source material is shipped overseas to be processed with the final product shipped back to the US to be packaged and sold.
This is an excellent podcast with 2 highly professional and experienced doctors. I agree that diet is vitally important to one's mental health. During the past two years life was a constant struggle. I worked long hours, ate fast foods, takeouts, all the packet and boxed foods. Traveled alot yet I saw no meaning to life. I was constantly tired and lacked motivation. Been on a strict carnivore diet for 3 weeks now. There is a monumental shift in my mental well being with excellent sleep. The clarity of thought without the haziness is amazing. Determination is abundant and I feel constantly energised. Thank you to both doctors for validating my experiences.
His story about his reaction to the seasons on the Leg of Lamb.... I felt similar mental issues after the hospital made me have a bunch of plant products. I had no hope. I had a plan to leave this earth. Once I got back on Lion Diet and cleared the plants out of my system after a few days, my mental state cleared and I felt hope again. After 2 weeks I was able to stop taking Zoloft because my anxiety and depression were under control
Very enlightening conversation. Looking back in hindsight I can now see how much my mental health was gravely affected by eating fruits and veggies. Carnivore has dissolved all of those symptoms. Never felt more mentally stronger and self-assured. Thank you Dr. Chaffee for another insightful episode. Loved listening to Dr. Ede.
I saw the Georgia Ede panel on Homestead YT channel and it's a pleasure to listen to Dr. Edge once again on Dr. Chaffee's channel. This information is HELPFUL and INSPIRING to me. Thank goodness for both of you and I hope your work continues to be expansive and fruitful. I look forward to your future work. Thanks again.
Thank you both so much for this wealth of information. Today, I started no plant from a little bit of plants over the last 3 years. I am praying for pain relief from psoriatic arthritis and the depression that stems from it. This video gives me hope!
I hear you I’m now 8 months eating only meat and reversed T2D and improved psoriasis. By 80%. February I started lion diet n working on the 20% . I share my meal each day . I hope psoriasis has met its match with the right way of eating . Dr Chaffee is my mentor
This was absolutely amazing !!!! Thank you !! As a nutritionist I’m transitioning clients daily to carnivore the healing is astounding from healed kidney disease liver disease TED this IS SO SO SO BENEFICIAL!!! Thank you both !! May you be blessed !!!
I’m in healthcare as a dual certified family NP and psychiatric NP and very much appreciate this informational discussion. People are hurting deeply in society because of very complex issues. The general population in my opinion are taught to be dependent on providers and not taught the basics of nutrition and how it impacts the mind-body. Thank you for this information!
Yes she’s right. You have the right to try it. As the saying goes “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” I haven’t gone full carnivore yet but managed three beef only days. Had a big impact on my joint pain and reflux I am gradually going carnivore
Hey man, I appreciate your videos. Sunday morning will be one month carnivore I started at 261.8 I am down almost 20 pounds. I’ve ate mostly steak and eggs while doing some intermittent fasting. I never thought I’d be able to fast for 24 to 36 hours in my life. The thing is that when you eat enough meat it satiates you where you’re never starving I do grade a natural organic honey 🍯 that’s local from Minnesota where I’m from I also do Sea Moss that gives me so much energy and mental clarity. I’ve had probably 5 cheat days, but that did not make me give up. I’ve also had shakes with protein after my workouts with added peanut butter and banana on special occasions, and it’s helped tremendously. I have an auto immune issue where I’ve gotten spots on my skin, which I’ve seen you talk about in a few of your videos, and that has pretty much disappeared. I also deal with eye floaters that are very severe and they have gone down drastically. I’d say I am about 80 to 90% carnivore but I’m learning and listening to my body and trying my best. I don’t care what anyone else thinks because everyone is different. I am getting sick of eating steaks all the time it is almost gross to me to eat steaks every day and I used to love steaks, I’m starting to try to implement chicken breast and bacon. That’s in moderation. I love your videos and appreciate all your advice. My goal is to get down to 195. I’m 32 years old. I should be there in a few months. I try to be more strict on ribeyes and New York strips And eggs. I do not know if I could cut out honey or coffee. It definitely helps to suppress my hunger when I drink coffee in the morning with organic whipping cream I think a lot of it is trial and error as you go, but sticking to carnivore as much as possible, we all have to remember they were human and we’re gonna make mistakes, so do not beat yourself up and give up or let anyone else tell you that you’re not doing good enough. Overall I love the way I’ve been feeling I never thought this would be possible eating meat mostly. It infuriates me that we’ve been lied to our whole life and most of the food we’ve been given has been poison that’s not even including the water that we drink. The pH levels in your water really do matter I drink Fiji and ice mountain, which is right in the middle. I’ve also heard that plastic bottle of water is not good for you. Any suggestions on the best possible water to drink? I’ve heard that out of glass bottles is better? On a sidenote, I’ve also noticed my anxiety and PTSD and depression has gone down dramatically since I started!
I prefer Dr. Chaffee’s analogy of tolerance to toxins that build up over time, such as to drugs, and the tolerance which we apparently develop to plant toxins over time. Once we go carnivore, after a while, that tolerance to plant toxins is lost. Hence, the quick and often uncomfortable way our body reacts after ingesting a toxin after months of not being exposed to the toxin. We have lost that tolerance.
Thank you for the excellent discussion! I’m 74 and on March 1st, 2024 I will be 6 years into my carnivore life plan. I have lost and maintained a 125+ pound weight loss. I have never been as healthy both physically and mentally ever‼️Thank you both for all that you do to educate all of us!
They say Gobekli Teppe was created before agriculture. We built that as hunters. Many of the ancient structures are as well. We forgot how to build like that after agriculture. Not a coincidence.
Dr Chaffee, not only are you fabulous for your nutrition advice and looking like Paul Newman, but you have my utmost respect due to the books on your book list! Thank you for your hard work!!
I love the reaction on Dr.Chaffee's face when Dr Ede was describing the study where at the 3 week mark all of the remaining 28 participants "improved!"
That was an amazing interview full of meaningful gems of information. Dr Ede is so exact with what she says and respectful to her fellow humans. I will be sharing this.
Wow, thank you for opening up doc. very moving to hear even great men like you had to battle with mental health in some way. thank God you made it out of there and now are helping the world getting healthier and stronger.
I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd after years of a chaotic life. Task paralysis, obsessive thoughts, inability to read more than half a page (job requirement) difficulties regulating emotions…I have been looking at having to take serious medication. This discussion just saved me. Thank you!!
Fabulous interview... Dr. Ede's book arrived here January 30th and I am half way through! Brilliant and TONS of good understandable information. Thank you both! Have to stop using garlic, onions and pepper to see what will happen.
Most of my patients are overweight or straight out fat, and have low levels of vitamin D. And they complain about lack of energy, focus, volition, sleeping disorders (sleep apnea and nocturia, hello?) and so on. Remember, lifestyle issues can be the result of several decades of neglect. I wouldn't be surprised if most of our diseases and health issues are the result of these neglects. It's sad when patients actually consult dietists, they often are taught the wrong ideas, with lots of carbohydrates, low fat (popular misunderstandings about cholesterol), snacks and polyunsaturated fats (seed oils...). Not all that many years ago, one could hear about 'diseases of civilization', but not much any more. Diet is often misunderstood as a quick fix, instead of the daily, durable eating habits that increase the likelihood of a long and healthy life. As if what we do is dissociated from the outcome, and all hope is in the hands of doctors and Big Pharma. I say that as a psychiatrist.
I play instruments in concert and swing bands, I’m 75, went meat based 18 months ago, because I’m not going to get my eyes cut( ‘cats’j…..oxalate dumping is an amazing experience- (evidence of change, and ‘penance’ for bad choice), the positive mental side is…..my music ‘sight reading’ feels less stressful, I seem to have ‘ clever’ perspectives that surprise me and friends find amusing…, also it feels like my body is doing ‘road work’ on my arthritic joints- which I believe are partly oxalate and anti nutrient residues from previous ‘plant munching’….
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your story, Dr. Chaffee! This resonated with me, I had a tangerine attacking my mental health in December and I also put it to the test a few days later and found out that bananas are just as evil!
My new diet fixed pretty much everything about my health, even my inner voice that had become more and more toxic I suppose it's the body's way of telling the brain to pack in the abuse. Healthy body healthy mind 🙏 Sugar and alcohol were wreaking havoc on my immune system and mental health. I wish anyone reading this well and hope you get on the cleaner path 👍
Here are the key points and actionable suggestions from the video: Key Points: - Some plant foods like sugar, refined carbohydrates and vegetable oils promote inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain and can negatively impact mental health. - Ultra-processed foods with refined carbs, refined fats, emulsifiers, stabilizers etc provide no health benefits and can harm mental health. - A ketogenic diet has been shown to significantly improve symptoms in treatment-resistant cases of mental illness like schizophrenia and depression. - Eliminating inflammatory foods like sugar, refined carbs, seed oils and adding more animal foods can benefit mental health. - Plant toxins like those in nightshades and cassava can negatively impact mental health. Going on a 'quieter' paleo or carnivore diet helps. - Omega-6 fatty acids like linoleic acid in seed oils can cause inflammation in the brain. Actionable Suggestions: - Try cutting out ultra-processed foods, added sugars, refined carbohydrates, seed oils and vegetable oils. Focus on getting calories from whole foods like meat, fish, eggs, low-carb vegetables and fruits. - Consider trying a ketogenic or carnivore diet, which eliminates inflammatory foods, to see if it improves your mental health symptoms. - Remove or reduce consumption of foods that may contain plant toxins like cassava, nightshades and flax seeds that could harm mental health. - Supplement with omega-3 fatty acids and limit omega-6 intake from vegetable oils and seeds to improve your omega-3:omega-6 ratio. - Work with a functional/integrative medicine practitioner to test different customized dietary approaches to find what works for your unique biology.
Our carnivore homo-sapien ancestors must have been pretty happy people. No plants, no herbs , no manufactured linoleic acids messing with their brains. Great discussion with lots of interesting variables that could have led to even more insights. Dr. Ede knows her stuff and I hope there’s a followup interview ❤.
What an eye opener! I’ve always thought the U.S. food supply is completely messed up and the reason cancer is so prevalent, but I didn’t think it was also the reason for so much mental illness. It should be a crime for the food conglomerates to get away with this in the name of profit. I hope I live to see them answering and paying for their actions, but most importantly, STOPPING this craziness!
I remember years ago, when a certain fast food restaurant switched spices for their burgers, feeling suicidal after I ate there (consistently each time). I understand how the Dr felt after eating the lamb.
It's so tough to believe how doing something to help themselves is a non starter. It shows how addictive these sugars and processed foods are, heartbreaking
Great interview! I read the articles written by her in Psychology Today and her blogs in diagnosis:Diet, and I found useful information in them that helped me out in my lifestyle and in my diet. I'm grateful for her work.
I am watching Dr Chaffee since beginning June and I always go through the comment section, which confirms the good health observations of the doc and removes my fears of this way of eating.
This explains why so many religious/ spiritual communities who are vegerarian/ vegan suffer depressions and other mental health disorders.. India for example is struggeling with a staggering amount of mentally diseased people.. lack of meat must play a major role in this...
Thank you for talking more and more about mental health and carnivore diet. So many people are dealing with depression and anxiety and other issues. This info is so needed 🙌🙏
Love your book, Dr Ede!!! I kind of wish I wouldn't have got the Kindle version because I want to share this with everyone😂 I may just need to purchase a copy for our HBOT clinic to pass around ❤
I started the Carnivore Way of Life a little over six months ago in order to avoid hip replacement surgery. I have always been extremely active and did not buy the conventional view about wearing out my joints - haha!! I have always eaten low fat (brainwashed young about fat making us fat) for almost 60 years... I had no idea my brain was sooooo OFF / my hip is 85% improved and my mind is getting what it has missed my entire life. I eat 80% animal fat; 20% protein (Dr. Elizabeth Bright) and my hormones are finally balanced!!! I never realized I had "mental illness" - I feel physically and mentally the best ever... I am so grateful that my hip brought me to these amazing doctors!! I have always doctored myself - can't stand Rockefeller medicine - but the proper human diet has rocketed my success into the fourth dimension!!
Another golden nugget. I know so many folks that have mental issues, but its so hard to even nudge them in this direction. Thank you both for another great broadcast !
Regarding their discussion around the 30 minute mark: A lack of gut micro-biome diversity might explain why carnivores react more strongly to plant foods.
Dr. Berry and others discuss this fallacy. Gut health issues are directly related to plant based diets and not to a carnivore diet. The carnivore diet takes care of the gut health. It is the introduction of plants in the body that is the problem.
Thank you both very much. When Dr Ede spoke about dealing with depression ( 36 minute mark) it really brought me back 20 years ago when all was going well for me kids and husband doing great, yet I was constantly worried and anxious. A couple of doctors I spoke with thought I was crazy and mental health treatment. Everything u both discuss in this video is so so true. During my short carnivore stint I was so much calmer even real problems became "manageable" in my mind it is really ridiculous, it left me in unbelief and I can hardly speak about it . I live in Singapore where doctors are worshiped as gods. Definitely very thankful for carnivore channels on RUclips❤ thank you again
So enlightening, been low carb, animal based for ages, incredible health benefits, ordered Dr Ede's book last week to try and show others that MD's & psychiatrists are totally on board 💥👌
Carnivore has an interesting dichotomy in my brain health. After finding keto no longer worked after healing from severe Long Covid, eating like a lion brought back the hyperactive mind that is a sponge for information that I had as a kid, but simultaneously, it has calmed my negative emotions and reduced my tendency for having a temper. Suddenly, I have way more compassion when someone else lashes out at me. I used to react immediately without considering why the person is the way they are. Now, I react calmly and with more understanding. BTW, I've always disliked plants and fruit. I also live in Washington. What is it about the concentration of carnivores and UW alumnus in Washington State?🤣🤣🤣

I was prescribed rx mental health drugs for over 20 years. I was poly pharmacy with a dx of rapid cycling bi polar taking over 20 pills a day. I was 288 lbs and wanted to die. I started on a weight loss Journey and ened on a healthy lifestyle change. I now take ZERO rx meds and eat a fully carnivore diet. If I am in a situación where I have to est off play I feel it physically and mentally immediatly and it takes me about 3 days to get over the gas joint pain loose stools etc. Please try this if you are suffering like I was btw I now weigh 120 lbs at 5'4" I look and feel better in my 40s than evwe before in my life!!! Just make the change. I also eat this way for about 7$ a day. lots of eggs and ground beef!!!
Wow Anthony, Thank You for opening up about your experience with mental health i had a similar situations happen as well. Same feelings of just not wanting to be around anymore. Im so thankful you are here 😊 and were able to help me and sooooo many others on a path of healing. I just watched a video with your girlfriend Ell and shes the sweetest and answered several questions that I had to help me keep moving forword on getting rid of this damn psoriasis. God bess you 🙏
The best i have ever been, at peace in this world, is from Carnivore. Previous I was in and out of keto, brain fog, osteo arthritis, baker cysts in 3 joints when exercising, arrhythmias, 1800 in 24 hr period from holter, sleep apnea, sleep issues, restless legs syndrome, gerds, BPH (record urination attempts were 14 in one night, high BP, glucose readings high, bubble belly, with shin bone interstitial edema, i believe all from chronic histamine dumping, My prostate would go on urination strike with any anti histamine, testosterone sc, abx. etc. Most of all what has not disappeared is of very little symptoms. I started with the Sardine diet for 5 days, did not look back, and will not go back. My prostate is the first to let me know if i cheated with dirty/keto.
Great conversation with lots of information and confirmation on what is the best diet for mental health and health in general. I have recently had two experiences involving "just having a few veggies and some bread" along my normal carnivore meal that put me down mentaly and litteraly physicly. Today I've got the explaination on the cause, thank you!!
Thank you very much I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm also really glad that you found something useful from it that you can apply to your daily life. Good luck with it!
Well, I found the last part of this so interesting about hormones. I’ve been lion diet for almost 2 years. I have multiple auto immune diseases, including progressive MS, slowly I’m becoming symptom-free from literally being disabled, I have notice my hormonal level since I’ve been predominantly beef and lamb go completely haywire would be interesting to have a woman interview that has dealt with the hormonal levels of eating a carnivore diet. Thanks for the great interview.
Thank you very much for watching! If you have a friend or family member who suffers with mental health issues and may need more help than they are getting from standard treatment, please consider sharing this with them because it could change their lives. And if you have been affected by mental health issues and have tried a carnivore or ketogenic diet, please comment below about your experiences with that so that others can see as well!
You're so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for putting the wealth of info out there, in a way we "lay-folk" can actually get!😉 Appreciate it doc!
Only been on carnivore since the 18th January so not really very long but still I would like to cut these sugar cravings quick time
Also the reason for switching to carnivore was for health reasons this "diet" really does affect you for the better in so many ways. If any1 else just so happens to be interested in carnivore definitely do try it lol. It is completely different to keto imo.
Funniest typo ever, lol. 25 decades of experience 😂
@@JohnCenaWWEInvisible I was absolutely addicted to sugar. I basically started with carnivore but ate a banana 🍌 everyday for 2 weeks. If you cut sweeteners (sugar substitutes, such as aspartame, sucralose, and stevia derived substances, some are up to 200 times sweeter than table sugar), that will cut the craving too if you’ve been using them. don’t
I have had to eat bananas for first 2 weeks starting carnivore and I just ate more steak and ate more crispy roasted chicken legs and thighs/drumsticks.
Its like I have got my friend back, the change is enormous 🥹
Thanks so much for your hard work doctors, you are saving lives
🩷
What a coincidence. I've been following Dr Chaffee for a few months, and yesterday I was searching for local metabolic doctors and came across Dr Ede who is 10 miles from my home.
Hey that's fantastic!
Very fortunate +
Intuition 💫
Indeed a blessing!
You tube algorithm at work….
Same
Well, that's in contradiction with what is said in this video, though.
I am so very happy for you.
The way these food manufacturers are allowed to add toxic ingredients of any kind - in any amount, into their foods without ANY accountability or negative consequence, is criminal!!
there are 10 ingredients in the MCd pickles ( american mcd )
It's not just the chemicals imagine the harm the GMOS are doing?
@@JJtvee yeh, that too!!
Now you understand the details ,,of food , pharma, now read agenda 2030 , this is limited population aka depopulation, maximum profit
Toxins are not only bad they get you addicted
As someone who was vegetarian for 20 years…it wrecked my mental health. I went absolutely crazy, left my family, had electroshock therapy and was severely suicidal. I am now strictly carnivore and my brain health is almost pristine. I don’t even recognize who I was back then. This is such important information.
That's really extreme. Would like to hear more
@@fantasyflare I agree with you "That's really extreme". I too would like to hear more.
That's your own unique situation. It has zero to do with vegetarianism in general.
I just finished Dr. Ede’s book “Change your diet, change your mind.” It was a really good read. Definitely worth it.
Just ordered it, arriving tomorrow 👍🏻
I'm glad to hear it!
Wow! You’re very fortunate!
There are NO fresh meats.
cheap
😢
It's disgusting!
Beautifully said, thanks for sharing.
WOW! Incredible!
What exactly do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks?
That is so wonderful to read. I am in a similar experience at 2 months carnivore. Realizing I’ve never been so nourished in my entire life…and how that translates to every level of my being. We have all been hijacked in so many ways. Each new level of awakening out of the programming feels so liberating to me (if also saddening at the years of unintentional self-destruction). We are powerful beings ~ esp if given the chance to thrive! I truly feel that each one of us who awakens out of any level of false programming automatically helps liberate others. Congratulations and blessings to you.🎉❤
🙏 Carnivore Zen 🙏 is a real real thing 😁💛
Research the OTC sleep meds. New findings this week. I trashed all mine. On Cdiet for 2 wks now n it's great 👍
I was shocked, in a good way, how my anxiety and depression seemed to melt after about 3 week of a carnivore diet. This is the best I've felt mentally in the last 20 years. Losing 40lbs in 80 days helped too!
what do u eat n drink?
Thank you for letting her talk and not interrupt her.
Same here. I started feeling down but couldn’t work out why. This video had reminded me to go stricter with Carnivore again.
Now I realize why I would get angry, confrontational or tired after eating, mostly at a restaurant.
What helped me was facing certain truths about my family and living on and joining the gym and eating keto diet ( even though it wasn’t called keto in the ‘90’s! )
The realization about one’s family can be heartbreaking but don’t fight it.
I am borderline too
Are you on carnivore diet though?

Good take away is the significant difference between a low-plant diet and a no-plant diet.
Makes a huge difference for me anyway!
The calm Zen that emanates from these two is so powerful in showing how ideal a carnivore diet is for our mental health.
Wow!!! What an interview! Thank you, Dr. Ede and Chaffee!!! Dr. Chaffee, your vulnerability set the stage for a much deeper and effective interview. I am so impressed by that. It demonstrates what an amazing leader you are. Thank you!!!

I did this for 4 months and it was a game changer for my autoimmune disease. I’m officially in remission. Good luck!
3 day sardine fasting works wonders.
WHat has the western diet brought the world to ... Progress? Really?
I hope this study referencing the 31 patients with chronic mental illness gets widely discussed in the media. People need to hear about this. And equally importantly is getting the info into the consciousness of practicing psychiatrists and therapists who directly work with this population of people. Blessing to both of you physicians for continuing to promote these health and life affirming nutritional practices. Dr Chaffee, thank you for sharing your personal and very scary story about your feelings and thoughts about suicide. I am so grateful for you and that you had the ability to get yourself out of that situation.

However if he’s sick/fat you can sell them hospital visits, operations, gym memberships, protein powders, fitness programs, video games, doctors appointments, fatloss food, fatloss snacks, more food, this new superfood and that weightloss trick, its easy on the pension fund, also stupider people are easier to rule, and they are to fat/depressed/sick to revolt if they dislike something. Pharma, Drug and Alcohol salesman also love the unhealthy. There is a huge industry relying on the sick/unhealthy. A lot of peoples salaries rely on it. Noone has interest in you bettering yourself and getting healthy. Quite the opposite, its far better for them if you are unhealthy, keeping you as a customer for a few decades - before your pension can be wiped by you paying for cancertreatment wich ultimatively kills you. The best thing for this whole industry is a sick child that is born. Not too sick that it dies to fast, but not too healthy that you’d loose a lifetime customer. It’s a vile state of affairs.

I'm sorry to hear that she isn't feeling well. Has she gone carnivore? Insulin resistance can also contribute to elevated BP

Hello from Canada!! Get your hands on Dr Ede’s new book! Excellent read. Learning so much!
Awesome, big congrats!
Thank you, Dr. Chaffee! I am so glad the plants on the lamb did not kill you! Thank you, Dr. Ede! Your work is so exciting and brings hope.

Ede.

Had a big impact on my joint pain and reflux
I am gradually going carnivore
Thank you for opening up your soul to us. Glad things are better now. Her book is helpful. Thank her please.
You are very welcome, and I'm really glad that her book is helpful! And I definitely will, thank you for watching :-)
That makes so much sense!

SPOILER: It's sugar.
Haha, that's definitely part of it!

Here are the key points and actionable suggestions from the video:
Key Points:
- Some plant foods like sugar, refined carbohydrates and vegetable oils promote inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain and can negatively impact mental health.
Actionable Suggestions:
- Try cutting out ultra-processed foods, added sugars, refined carbohydrates, seed oils and vegetable oils.
Excellent summary, thanks!
You da real MVP. TY!!! 🙏
Great work, thanks a lot!
@@Beatrice-nx5ld I just needed to remind everyone that they were doing a very active life, and in doing so they were balancing the negative.
Sadly most providers still don't want to acknowledge that their patient's might be on to something
So interesting about the estrogen and food sensitivities. Great conversation! Thanks for being candid about the SI experienced with green spices.
Great interview! I read the articles written by her in Psychology Today and her blogs in diagnosis:Diet, and I found useful information in them that helped me out in my lifestyle and in my diet. I'm grateful for her work.
Fantastic interview as usual your high standard of no fluff videos.
I am watching Dr Chaffee since beginning June and I always go through the comment section, which confirms the good health observations of the doc and removes my fears of this way of eating.
Kia Ora from Auckland, New Zealand! Love this discussion.. ❤
Here from Christchurch ❤
Glad you are still alive Dr,Chaffee. Really love listening to your medical advice.
MSG was perhaps mixed into the herbs on the leg of lamb. It is very inflammatory.
Dr Chaffee your content has been on fire 🔥🚒 recently excellent last 4 vids . Thanks so much !

"A man (or woman) without a purpose is like a ship without a rudder." -- Ben Franklin
IMO, define your purpose.
A song that helped millions escape depression was Johnny Mercer. 'ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE'
""You got to ac-cent-tchu-ate the positive
E-lim-i-nate the negative
And latch on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mr. In-between.""
Best interview EVER that I have seen about this topic and Carnivore.
I have severe OCD but now there is hope..
Thank you!!!

Clear and excelent information.
Greetings from Morelia, MEXICO
The best i have ever been, at peace in this world, is from Carnivore. Previous I was in and out of keto, brain fog, osteo arthritis, baker cysts in 3 joints when exercising, arrhythmias, 1800 in 24 hr period from holter, sleep apnea, sleep issues, restless legs syndrome, gerds, BPH (record urination attempts were 14 in one night, high BP, glucose readings high, bubble belly, with shin bone interstitial edema, i believe all from chronic histamine dumping,
My prostate would go on urination strike with any anti histamine, testosterone sc, abx. etc. Most of all what has not disappeared is of very little symptoms.
I started with the Sardine diet for 5 days, did not look back, and will not go back. My prostate is the first to let me know if i cheated with dirty/keto.
The mental problems I have had since I was a child have completely disappeared with this carnivore diet.
I am a completely different person
