@@skeletronxxprime6277 not sure if that question is directed at me or the OP. But for my 470, I have 186xxx miles on it. I replaced the TB/WP and a bunch of pulleys at 165xxx miles. The service should be done every 80-100k miles, or every 6-8 years...whichever comes first (in an ideal world).

Could you in theory unbolt the timing belt cover and check it to see if its cracked or needs changing if you're not sure when it was last changed?
From what I’ve seen and from other technicians these belts typically don’t show wear very well but yes you can inspect them that way
If my marks on the passenger cam gear are half a tooth back but the other 2 gears are in line, is that an issue
