Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do:
► 20 sec jumping jacks
► 20 sec squats
► 20 sec lunges
► do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount! I personally do 12 reps or below each time, so try to keep it under 12 reps everytime.

This video definitely put your abilities in perspective. Both Von and Odell are elite athletes. Your performance along side these guys definitely let's us know how much of an instant star you would've been in the league.

My comment is based on his strength, explosiveness, and athleticism. You need all three to be an elite player and Terron has those attributes in spades.
The issue is when the pads are on, I think he got a try out. He got good combine scores but then when padded and had ball he wasn't too impressive if I remember
Yes, he did get a try out. He did do well. But the NFL is very competitive. He was instructed to work on his hands and be better at picking up the block as a running back. Many stated he should've been given a spot on the practice squad, but the Jets chose otherwise.
