Crazy how Devon is athletic as hell but Odell is 5 levels more athletic. You can also see how his track and field roots make him an elite runner in general.

@@jesserodriguezjr.1962 yeah man. buddy was flailing his arms and jerking his upper body too much everytime he jabbed u can see it was throwing his balance off. when he cut it wasnt as smooth. obj had more control with his upper body his cuts and jabs looked super smooth

I said this when i was 18 and that was 34 years ago. Trainers are making up new exercise just to be able to seem like they are doing something different and for content purposes . Muscle & Fintess magazine back in the day had to do the same thing in order to keep printing new articles. The basics will still work today.....yes it's not fancy but it hits the muscles exactly the same. But yea continue to do one arm dumbell presses and standing on one leg while doing dumbell rows if ya think it's going to make your muscles grow and differently 🙄
