@@celestenunez1779 stalls or plateaus are a normal part of the process . The calories dont matter , its what you're eating. If you resort back to eating junk then you'll stop your weightloss and gain. If you're still eating right and you're stalled then you can either break the stall by implementing a workout routine and also possibly upping your carbs by 20 or 30 grams . The other two main reasons for stalling is either not eating enough proteins or hydrating well.
Thanks for the tip on hair loss. I just had the surgery and that was not in my radar. It will propell me to really care about my protein intake to reduce the hair loss.
I personally felt hungry right after the surgery and it did not go away ,which is normal and I just made healthy food options, feeling hungry is normal
I've had the sleeve baratric 3 months ago I'm still tired but not as tired as before the surgery. just can't get the water in only about 22oz a day and maybe 20oz of protein is this normal
Please stop worrying about your protein intake, don't be a victim of the meat lobby! Proteins are literally in all healthy foods, veggies, legumes, even BREAD!
You can't really have bread after the surgery, unless you want to be in pain... and it' very small portions spread throughout the day, your stomach is the size of a literal egg and it takes a bit of time to digest, and with the protein difficientcy hair loss is a common side effect.
I'm 6 months post gastric bypass and I've lost 87lbs
