HOMEMADE POTATO STROGANOFF SO TASTY

@dinner made easy with Dena, Easy Recipe Ideas, southern, homemade hamburger helper recipe
Potato burger casserole
1 pound ground beef
Large onion chopped, add 2 tablespoons of flour when meat and onions done
1cup of water with 1 tablespoon of beef gravy mix whisked together
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 10.5 ounce can Cream of mushroom soup
Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Lawrys seasoning salt
Cheese to top with
Fry ground beef and onions, add seasonings, add flour combine well, then add water with tablespoon of packaged beef gravy mix, mix well, add milk and cream of mushroom soup, mix well
Preheat oven to 375
Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thickness, and blanch for 3 minutes, rinse in cold water
Layer in greased baking dish, layer potato and burger mixture top with cheese and butter, bake at 375 until heated through and bubbly, let rest for 5 minutes then serve

Over mashed is my fave. I'd like to try with just a tad of white pepper, mushrooms, also with just some canned milk which is use in many meals, topped with chopped scallions
Cream of mushroom does work quite well in it too
Like with asparagus and college cheese, salad
That recipe good too as layered for sure it can be done that way with mashed, another fave of mine is with rice I really loved when rice a roni had the stroganoff flavor IDK why they still don't, too popular? Probably

Thi was awesome, I used 1/3 cup of sour cream and half cup whole milk half cup water for the broth
My husband is not a fan of stroganoff but he loved this. Thanks for sharing 👍 ❤
