Well, this is okay, but for your size of store at this point you are over ordering products. If you cut everything down to 2 for each item in a single bulk you can just get your stockers to stock directly from it since you can set it down on the store floor. The rest can put back on the storage shelves.
the major bulk pallet ordering is for mid- late game, early on where You are is not as feasible to do, it is a waste of money to have full pallets of each item just sitting when You need to save for expansions , you could have easily done this on your original playthrough since you had way more than enough room, its just too soon for this playthrough, It will balance out from what is on the floor right now waiting to be used up, but you wont have room to order many more bulk pallets of items when You run out of the ones You havent bought in bulk yet

To stack 2 or more high you really need to have the boxes unopened.
Sure, you can stack them 2 high, but can your stockers grab them from the Bottom?
