Easy bro you put the spring in the pocket then lift the lower control arm with a jack the pocket holds the spring in place

Did you figured out the shocks he used? I have. 4/6 drop but looking to go to 3/5 and I’m also in need of shocks. Im using bell tech street series and their to bouncy/soft maybe their going bad idk but looking to replace them
