Wouldn't be his only time that he took a shot at someone with cancer. He even had a crack at Bobby Heenan while he was dying of throat cancer, in a way that was so vile that I'm not gonna write it. Warrior had a sick mind.
I think he actually said "chemo patient". Which might sound like the same thing at 1st; but chemo treatment's a personal choice, whereas cancer/illness is not.
@@neilsun2521 I'm not sure I would consider chemo a "choice" when the most likely alternative for most who undergo it would be an agonizing death, as someone who has experienced the effects of cancer on those in his close family several times. I remember back in the early 2000's, Warrior having petty fights with various websites. In fact something awful still have up the chain email back and fourth from 2005 stemming from them linking warriors homepage to their 'Awful Link of the day' 😂😂
Crazy that Helwig would out himself as a borderline sociopath and narcissist with these comics and think it'd be the beginning of his media empire. O_o If everyone hadn't helped build Warrior up into being a main eventer, then he'd have just been another Warlord, Dino Bravo or 'insert generic burly muscle guy here'... So the lack of self-awareness he had in regards to who made him is quite hilarious and startlingly narcissistic when taken with everything else he says here. He successfuly ran with the oppurtunities he was given. He didn't buy a ticket to a show to jump the barricade and run into the ring to do a test-of-strength on Hogan while Vince's eyes shot out of his head like a cartoon and all the wrestlers said "wow, look that this guy! He's so cool!"... though Hellwig seemingly saw it that way. :P
It's honestly incredible. He shows himself heroically leaving people to die in a plane crash and he's like "yes, this is what will make me the new Superman"
Dino was actually a big name in a small town in Canada with a sad ending and could wrestle. Warlord also could wrestle and they don’t deserve to be in the same comment with whatever garbage warrior is spewing
Ah, a nice little gift to wake up to on this day! Merry Christmas fellas and fellow Nogger U members! EDIT: I am sure that cameo made V1 very happy indeed seeing he is a big fan! Great stuff. This episode pretty much proves that Warrior was just pure bollocks!

I think I've found my new tradition! After spending the days with family and loved ones, its great to come back home and crack open a Coke and watch the lads
I love that the most compelling and unintentionally entertaining story in these comics is not fiction at all but 💯 fact - Warrior falling out with his artists. It's foking awesome!

Parts unknown is supposed to insinuate that the wrestler either has mysterious origins and they don’t know where he’s from or he simply didn’t provide where he was from to the announcer.
This is to comics what "The Room" is to movies. Much like Warrior giving out to everybody he had to deal with in his wrestling career, Tommy Wiseau used his movie as way to give out to unfaithful partners. If you remember from "The Room" review, Wiseau based it on his own cheating fiancee and how the whole movie made it clear he never got over it. He made his character look like a paragon of virtue while the supporting cast were all portrayed negatively. Except Warrior failed in these comics to properly portray his character in a positive way. He went on and on about how the Ultimate Warrior is a superhero. But he obviously doesn't understand the nature of a superhero. A superhero, for the most part, is one who is willing to put others before himself. And to ask for help from others is not a sign of weakness. To ask for help takes great courage and strength and there's no shame in asking for a helping hand from time to time. So even in trying to put himself over as a positive force for good, he fails at that. Lastly, not only did he rip off He-Man and Thundercats, but I sense a Maxx vibe as well. If you're not aware of the Maxx, it was a comic book by Image Comics back in the mid-90s. The comic tells the adventures of the titular hero in two worlds: the real world and an alternate reality known as the Outback. In the real world, he's a vagrant whose only friend is a freelance social worker named Julie Winters. But in the Outback, he's a superhero and protector of Julie's doppleganger known as the Jungle Queen. The comic was also adapted into a TV show on MTV. There was something there that could've been done to make the Ultimate Warrior a comic book superhero. But it failed because once again, Warrior proved to be his own worst enemy.
to be fair to the Warrior the ones who probably "borrowed" from other comics are probably the artists themselves, unless the Warrior was the one who guided the entire process
Quite possible that you have legitimately saved lives by releasing your videos on Christmas. You're the best mates the internet could ask for, lads. Not the heroes we deserve, but the heroes we need.

It's like reading someone's interpretation of a fever dream they had while the had a bad case of the flu.
For all his wrestling lows having a moan about a guy with cancer is for sure the lowest.
@@anglefan85 I remember that, it was despicable. I could never understand why anyone would publicly admit to being a Warrior fan after that.
@@neilsun2521 I'm not sure I would consider chemo a "choice" when the most likely alternative for most who undergo it would be an agonizing death, as someone who has experienced the effects of cancer on those in his close family several times. And doing the mental gymnastics to imply that Warrior was doing anything BUT intentionally berating someone with cancer is just being woefully obtuse.
@@anglefan85 Warrior said something about how Heenan had limited time on this earth because of his evilness or some shit
Warrior ended up dying before Heenan did
So V1 got Mickie, Jay got Bret.... OOC will get Virgil lol
The "Teach me how to Twitch" line was spooge-worthy 😂
He got Sexy Lexy if you watch the latest Christmas episode to the end.
The Crayons shows the contempt he had for the artists. Amazing
I love that Aftermath OOC stays in character and refuses to wear the Christmas Geansai. 😄
What’s hilarious about this,is that even though it feels like the warrior wrote it,because it’s a comic book, it also feels like Frank miller wrote this in 2013
Man I’m so glad this video got some love during the Golden Noggers. Probably my personal favorite of the arch just because of Warrior’s pure insanity. Thanks for the amazing video guys!
I’ll never forget the first time I heard of this comic the Linkara and Spoony crossover. God that has to be more than a decade old at this point.
Keep up the good works lads
Cannot believe you guys subjected yourselves to this :) Going to enjoy these next ~90 minutes
Santa looking like Big Lenny in that one pin-up
I remember back in the early 2000's, Warrior having petty fights with various websites. In fact something awful still have up the chain email back and fourth from 2005 stemming from them linking warriors homepage to their 'Awful Link of the day' 😂😂
God I miss those old internet days, that and SA providing laughs.
Crazy that Helwig would out himself as a borderline sociopath and narcissist with these comics and think it'd be the beginning of his media empire. O_o
If everyone hadn't helped build Warrior up into being a main eventer, then he'd have just been another Warlord, Dino Bravo or 'insert generic burly muscle guy here'...
Should have aimed higher.
Dino was actually a big name in a small town in Canada with a sad ending and could wrestle. Warlord also could wrestle and they don’t deserve to be in the same comment with whatever garbage warrior is spewing
Mickie James makes everything better. Awesome. Thanks all, have a great Xmas my boys.
This review was awesome! The way you edited the art together and animated panels looked great!
Great work lads, you kept me FOKED for the entire 92 minutes!
So apparently when he was negotiating with WCW he kept talking to Bisch about the comic and his future plans for it. Somehow Easy E managed to sign him without continuing this.... be thankful lads!
Been a few years now that OSW’s new videos have been a true highlight of my holiday - jay, v-1, and mr OOC - THANK YOU
It's not officially Christmas till OSW releases It's annual Christmas special!
INDEED!
@ least
I think I've found my new tradition! After spending the days with family and loved ones, its great to come back home and crack open a Coke and watch the lads
Santa has been and left me just what I wished for. A brand new OSW video. Merry Christmas everyone x
Great work as always lads.
You are deadset superstars!!
Oocs way of non chalantely dropping an Einstein quote without being a pretentious prick shows his true worth here. Great feckin video lads
I love that the most compelling and unintentionally entertaining story in these comics is not fiction at all but 💯 fact - Warrior falling out with his artists. It's foking awesome!
I love this story arc but the more I'm watching this episode, the more I'm starting to realize this might have been the jewel of the series. These three have really gelled these last two years. Cheers, mates!
"Year 9 is when it really started happening" 😂😂 thanks my dude, appreciate ya supporting us all this time 🙂
@@OSW How many indie content creators last nine years and continually get better? You and your mates’ primary motivations are to have fun and make the Noggers happy. Simple formula but so much work and passion. We really appreciate you, Jay, and everyone who has made this channel so enjoyable.
UPDATE: three Golden Noggers can't be wrong. 🥇 🥇🥇
Thanks for the kind words mate. It's a little embarrassing receiving such lovely praise but sláinte brother 💚
The covers scream Leifeld.....
Jo's a pretty deep BITER of styles.....
Merry Christmas!!! OSW’s Christmas episodes are always must watch for me on the day they come out.
Didn’t expect to see OSW reference The Giant Claw, but it brought a big smile to my face. Watched that movie a lot with my Dad.
Just finished my shift at ASDA boxing day morning..the thought of a new OSW Episode is what got through it..cheers Jay & the gang..let the bollix commence😀👍
Omg the AVGN Nightmare on Elm Dtreet reference had me cracking up.
This is a great bonus video!
"You've picked it apart already, and we're one sentence in." Beautiful.
Wow. This was next-level bollocks. Great stuff. Probably the hardest OSW made me laugh all year.
thanks for the original opening song. made me smile and thanks for including my favorite Warrior Line "NIghtmares are the best part of my day"
Parts unknown is supposed to insinuate that the wrestler either has mysterious origins and they don’t know where he’s from or he simply didn’t provide where he was from to the announcer.
I was shocked to discover this wasn’t on Image. The art style is so Liefield.
Yes, it’s peak X-Factor / 90’s Image art… I thought RL was the only artist with that particular muscle-porn style.
The feet were to good to be Liefeld.
@@King4sshole89 Yea, in the fact he drew the feet... and not, ya know, just tapered off the legs into points 🤣
Opening with that clip from JR?
Pure 🤌
The final "ahhh" at the end of the the Dingo promo was outstanding
Hopefully this Christmas Special will temporarily cure me of my depression
Hope you are doing ok!
Been one of those -days -weeks- -months- -years- decades...
And then there’s a Christmas Day one too! Definitely need this right now, you guys are amazing!
Where Warrior failed in making destrucity a thing, Deadlock thrived.
And that’s for Destrucity.
"Warriors shows no - NOPE"
Incredible lads
‘Joking aside, Santa comes down the chimney…’
Nice encapsulation of the Warrior comic series.
Merry Christmas lads. Much love. Been watching the hell out of the whole catalogue on loop lately. 🤙
Liked the explanation of the Ashbin comics, even when comparing it to movies or shows just to keep the licensing
If you gave me infinite guesses at what destrucity meant I NEVER would have guessed that it's a portmanteau of destiny, truce, and reality.
Classic Warrior pretentious bullshit
"Sorry I don't have hair and makeup."
Homegirl looks A-Ok, da fuck?
Holy crap is that ever overselling the entertainment value of these things...they look grim 😅
@@gst013 You're right about that. At least "The Room" had some entertainment value. These comics are dogshit.
Marry X-Mas to all three of you. Thanks for all the videos and the many laughs you brought this year.
"BRET!!! I'M FOKED!!!!"
Quite possible that you have legitimately saved lives by releasing your videos on Christmas. You're the best mates the internet could ask for, lads. Not the heroes we deserve, but the heroes we need.
Love the Worzel ⚠️. Watched it 3 times laughing!
PJ Phresh Phil at the end of the video! Canadian TV icon.
The greatest episode of OSW review!! Bravo Lads. 👏 👏 👏
*That clip at **10:50** is so funny to me because he not only gets to the ring in .5 seconds but also doesn't do ANYTHING to interact with the crowd. Just straight to the ring, clotheslines, maybe 2 or 3 suplexes....paycheck.*
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all you little warriors out there.
Woo! I first became familiar with the Warrior comics thanks to Atop the Fourth Wall, so this is a real treat! Happy Christmas OSW!
Warrior's narcissism never fails to amaze me.
Utterly deluded.
Something, something warriors..
Merry Christmas to the fellas, and to all my fellow OSW Marks. Great show boys!
OOC's "i don't know!?!?" to V1 asking what accent he was doing for quote of the year. Brilliant. He sounds so confused
As an Australian, I appreciate the early release ❤️
Well I never though I would see the OSW boys cover these piles of insanity burned to paper, but this is gonna be fun!
The more I listen to you boys the more I realise Mr OOC is essentially the Roy Keane of the podcast, takes no sh*t, very straight talking. Fully expecting him to “well that’s his job”
I’m so glad you guys exist. What a fabulous time.
