I'd like to compliment Mr Briggs. I think every one of the few videos that I've seen of him he always tells the person that they're being recorded and I really appreciate that because I don't think everybody knows that and they should be aware.
Cpl Briggs is always cordial and to the point. He is out there doing a job that if you are straight up with him, he will treat you fairly. STAY SAFE OUT THERE TROOPER. 😊

You gave him a ticket for speeding but you let a person go with no insurance , there you go back woods arkansas ! the police priorities are backward !
Are you being sarcastic? Speeding can create a far more destructive situation. Insurance is on the back burner by comparison, insurance is useful after the destruction caused by the speeding.

@@Kee2Oz You must not have insurance ,It doesnot matter if you are speeding or no insurance it is still illegal and a person can cause just as much damage with no insurance as a person speeding and if somebody hit you speeding with no insurance what would you say , its all right that you hit me with no insurance i will put it on the back burner and my car is totaled and my back is broken so dont worry about insurance i dont have insurance either i put it on the back burner and now i dont have a car because the person that hit me has no insurance because they put it on the back burner !
@@timothyhrdy Sure. All I'm stating is that speeding is a more immediate danger and should take priority regarding who's given a ticket vs a warning.
