I have a high hip on my right side. Have had asymmetry in my hips and upper thighs since a small child. Had my hip x-rayed on the high side and nothing showed as far as bones went. My pants legs are always about an inch shorter on right side and the top of my pants visibly looks higher. My upper right thigh is 1" larger around and I have a larger amount of fat/muscle on the right side of my buttocks which makes a small saddle bag. The muscles on the right leg, although my thigh is larger, are slightly weaker. All of this is not terribly obvious since I am a small and short female, so not overweight. My body shape is curvy though so have smaller upper body than lower. BMI is 22. My leg feels much longer on the right side and sometimes I trip easily from my right foot catching. But sports doctor said my legs seem to be the same length.
Sounds like my situation. Worse (for me) was 2 decades of fencing, which gave me a visibly larger right thigh. Paying for it now in later life. Left hip elevated, right weak with muscle loss right glute. Also right meniscal tear. 😕😕😕. So these exercises are exactly what I need 😄

I do not know if i have lateral tilt; but i do have a hip replacement. I am always looking for exercises that keep my hips strong.
One of my legs has been longer than the other my whole life. Now it's starting to impact my hips and knees. This looks like it might help!😊
