Ingredients :
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
butter and oil
500g mushrooms
60 ml white wine or the juice of 1 lemon (1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper
1 small drizzle of maple syrup or 1 pinch of unrefined sugar
1 handful of fresh parsley
