Nice one. Good idea taking the skin off. Get some seasoning to stick to the meat instead of coming off with the skin.
I have some in the freezer, always looking for a new sandwich meat to send with the kids for school lunch. I will get one out to put some Mojo Bird on. I cant bring myself to make em eat school lunch...even if it is "free"!

Everything about this video is spot on! I do like turkey, preferably the dark meat, but this method I've never seen done before. Wrapping a turkey breast. Some stuffing, mashed taters and corn! Yummy! Nicely done Jay! Cheers brother!

I did one on Sunday. They are delicious! I didn't inject mine since the boneless breasts from HEB are pre-brined. Only thing I did different, I drizzled a bit of hot honey along with the butter when wrapping. Great video!

Gonna do this (and some hog ribs) on a drum for Thanksgiving. Did you just use Fogo (I'm a Royal Oak man myself) or some kind of Wood chunks, too?
Also, just bought 5 lbs of TN MOJO rub refills, because that stuff is magic even here in Carolina
    Blessings, brother.
