We don't have to be at war or 'against' vegans, everyone is different, or at least they have evolved their microbiome to be different. This is why different people do equally well on plants and/or animal foods, the body adapts.
I love this way of eating, that is sooo good! Bread, sweets, not so good for me anymore :D sometimes i eat little bread or sweets, but then i realize, what is really good :) and you cant eat a lot of carbs, only a little, when it is regulated! Your body tells you everything, once your insulin and taste are normal 😀😁😊

Acute glucose depletes potassium in muscle, more in insulin resistante subjects.
Salmon is a good source of potassium. 👍. Sodium is also essential.
