    Muscle is Insulinresistant when there is a (transient) depletion in
    Potassium in diet: Any muscle Insulin Resistance worse inmediatly (and in the long-term) with Glucose (Sugar). Fatigue will be worse with Carbohydrates at any level. Fats, in general are BETTER IN PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE, as ypu do. THANK YOU, PROFESSOR. SINCE LIMA.

      Acute glucose depletes potassium in muscle, more in insulin resistante subjects.

      Salmon is a good source of potassium. 👍. Sodium is also essential.

    Can we please have those 24 studies Prof. Tim Noakes was talking about so we can arm ourselves against vegans and vegetarians?

      We don't have to be at war or 'against' vegans, everyone is different, or at least they have evolved their microbiome to be different. This is why different people do equally well on plants and/or animal foods, the body adapts.

    I love this way of eating, that is sooo good! Bread, sweets, not so good for me anymore :D sometimes i eat little bread or sweets, but then i realize, what is really good :) and you cant eat a lot of carbs, only a little, when it is regulated! Your body tells you everything, once your insulin and taste are normal 😀😁😊

    The most problematic in training whether it's running or cycling is your ego. You need to fight it every day, since it's not your friend. It's your biggest enemy
