Don't feel you need to decide on every room now. Having 1 or 2 empty spaces gives you flexibility after you get in and make changes. Congratulations on your new warehouse!

Personally, I would start my planning with where is best for UPS and or the USPS to pick up and or deliver your packages. Once you have that settled, then I would leave an area where your outgoing packages to be piled up awaiting pick up. From there then you can start planning different work areas and storage areas. I am sure you both are thinking about ventilation for your embroidery machines as well as your sublimation station the your direct print station and your heat presses, yes think about the electrical plugs and amperage needed for each area.
An electrician can add extra outlets, ive had that done several time, its a few hundred bucks. They just run it from an existing outlet. Love the warehouse space. Use the dock for your deliveries since its in the back, it draws less attention to your offices for theft. I would tent the windows if they are not and add lots of security camera. Congrats to you both!!! Continued GROWTH!!!!

First off - I am glad to hear that Roman has now recovered and is well again. How scary for you guys as parents! Secondly - congratulations on your warehouse. I know you guys have been searching for quite some time. I have moved many times (twice cross country) and the most important advice I can give you is the better organized you guys are at your end - the easier the move will be. For example, color coding the rooms & corresponding items that go in the room was a tremendous help for us. Also - for the move date you should have as many hands on deck as you can. I will write you a longer list through Discord but congratulations to you and Keenen. It is well deserved!

Thank God Roman is better. That must have been a horrible time for you as parents. The warehouse is massive!!!!! But once you move in, you can have your house back. That’s a dream warehouse ❤ I would write down in a paper what your desire like one area for embroidery, one for the babies etc... then figure out what needs the more space and go from the most space to the least space needed just some ideas it’s definitely a lot of space your working with

Congratulations guys on your exciting new chapter! In the past, when moving house or rearranging furniture, I've found it helpful to measure and draw footprints of each piece of furniture, to the same scale as the floorplan. Label each piece inside the shape (ie: Ricoma1 or sublimation table) and cut each shape out. Then you can move the shapes around on your floor plan, without physically moving any heavy furniture 👌

My grandson was sick with 103 fever for 5 days..we sent him to school after he was fever free for 2 days but, he was sent home because he ha low sugar episode at school..we forgot he hadn't had a good day of eating in that time..but he had a Strain of a Flu..so good luck and congrats on the warehouse.

So sad to hear that Roman has been sick, so happy to hear he is out running around being a kid again. Grt Granddaughter is sick with RSV right now and it is a nightmare (19months old). You are a strong woman to have a sick child and still accomplish all you do. Now for the suggestion:
I would highly recommend that the room area with all the windows, take some reflective film for windows and line them all, no one can see in, but you still get all that natural light!...Or use the windows as a very large advertisement and have someone make you some custom film and set up an advertisement on the windows. I love the fact that I can get all the natural light in (the right film will cut UV rays) !! nothing fades, but the light makes everything so much easier to see :) LED lights are the best, they are so much brighter and easier on the eyes. Why not use the cubicle area as your shipping station, you could still use the shelves for storage, but set up the cubicles for shipping ?? Just ideas, but you know best. Loved the video. Ask someone to add outlets and see what they say!! Blessings always...

Omg that place is huge! Congratulations!!! Even tiny flex spaces near me are a fortune so my house is overwhelmed with boxes, equipment, etc. I sooo envy you! It's going to feel amazing to get out of your house- I'm so stressed out with boxes everywhere. I'm sure you get it. I just got an alert that my containers of blanks arrived and I am having chest pains, lol. Anyway, just wanted to say YAY for you!!! Get it, girl!

Glad Roman is in a better daycare and thriving there after the stitches and being sick....huge congrats on the wear house .....just my 2 cents....in the little cubicle what about 1 being your photo area and the other for a employees desk to help with computer work?? Or printing station for orders and shipping lables? Did you deside to keep aj blanks close to the dock doors so when you get huge inventory delivery they can load off the dock? Maybe that area just for boxes and the bins close by but not needed in the same area? Not trying to be bossy just have helped run a trucking company that moved a bunch over the last 20+ years and have had to reconfigure space lol...many blessings yet to come for you both ..keep up with your hustle and remember to take at least a few mins for yourself often

Hi Angela, I want to say how happy I am on your new warehouse space. I don't know you personally, but I am so proud of you and all your acomplishments along with your husband, I know you could not have done it without his support and the help of the Lord. I love watching your videos, I have been so inspired by them. My Grandaughter is about your age and she is a lot like you, she has her own embroidery business, she learned embroidery by watching me, now I am learning from her, keep up the good work, but most importantly take care of yourself and those beautiful babies.

Glad Roman is better. You could use those white cubbies to display sublimated tumblers etc. that little cut out halfway up the wall could house 2 jumbo postal carts on wheels for shipping.

First off, CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so excited for you to move into this new space and grow your business. I agree that you don't have to have everything planned out before you move in. You'll probably be moving equipment and rooms around for months before you get the right feel of the place. As for that short, wall indented area...I would put in shorter racks and use that for packing materials. Kind of the same thing that already in the back wall of the front room. You could also decorate the cubes in the backwall with your merchandise and use it as a backdrop for your videos. Love your videos! :-)

Thank God 🙏Roman is over this terrible rsv that so many children are getting sick with! I have 2 suggestions one is to section off your spaces: Example embroidery section this space will have your embroidery machines, fabrics, embroidery threads, heat press, shirts, hoodies, all items used for embroidery and the stockroom for embroidery in the next room.
My second suggestion would be since you are going to hire employee or employees have a locker room where they can place their purses, jackets, sweaters, etc. Hopes this helps.

So in that nook. We can’t really see the size of it but it is possible to put a couple of poles/tension rod in there and hang sweatshirts. Or maybe some shelves to fold them up to store them. I can honestly see it being a place to store things regardless if they are hung or you put drawers in there. Like drawers for supplies.
