Just got mine, and totally in love with it! It took spots off my floor I thought were stains! I do steam mop afterwards though to get some of the cleaning residue up, and dry floor faster!
Thanks for your review and for pointing out the loose screws on the bottom...I have seen complaints where it has scratched people's wood floors because they didn't know they needed to be tightened back up!!! I was debating about the crosswave and spinwave, but think I'll go with this instead! :)
I have one and it is great. The only thing that I struggled with was that when using it to 'steer' the rotating mops, I started to get wrist pain after about 20 minutes of use. To prevent this, I steer it a little less which seems to work.
Thank you for the review!! Exactly what I needed. Question: I know you used the other two solutions, have you or do you know if you can use Lysol+water?
Thank you!!! This helped me to decide to not choose this model. The screws coming loose at the bottom would drive me nuts. I appreciate you so much for this.
I wish they had a corded version for more power. Back in the day, Bissel used to have a power mop with actual strong scrubbers on the bottom that moved in a circular motion. Idk why they went away from that type because it worked a lot better.
I bought this and it was probably used 5 times before it stopped working. Being a older lady I don’t have to mop being single and not having no one, but me at home. It will blink when you charge it, but it want charge. Wasted money!
I love your videos! If I really wanted to use pre-moistened wipes like Swiffer or Clorox floor wipes.... do you think they could be Macgyver'd to attach to each side so I get the help with the scrubbing?? I hope so!
My discs came loose. So i tightened. Now it doesnt work at all. Does it matter which way you do it? I noticed on one disc you did it counter clockwise.
if you read the manual .. you would know why the fulling marks are at that level.. its not the max its there . because its easyer to see so .. after then you have to top it of with water... the marks are only to make its easyer to fill it.. why do you think the container is that high? for air?
If you have pets and you use this, what would it do besides mop the floor? The hairs would still be everywhere and it will just stick in the mop. You need a vacuum for pet hairs.
I did state that I always vacuum first before mopping. I haven’t had too much of a problem as long as I do that first. And we have have some shedders for sure. 🤣
I was gifted one for Xmas n I love it but the cleaner came all out while not in use. I ended up with a big puddle around the mop dish n an empty bottle. Any idea what I did wrong?
Thanks for the review! Still trying to decide whether i should go with it or not. I currently have a regular Rubbermaid sprayer mop, but i feel like if i want to really scrub and clean our vinyl, im the one that has to really press and do the job, and im super pregnant so it's starting to get tough. Would you say this would help?/Do most the job on its own just by me moving it around the houses? Please and thanks 😊
I really love my wood floor cleaner/polish so I choose to use different solutions. For tile I use the bissell cleaner they provide. For wood floors I use rejuvenates products.
Do you wash the pads alone or with other towels/cloths? I washed mine with cotton towels and just realized they’re probably microfiber. Now I’m worried I ruined the mop pads!
After see the video I bought the Bissell SpinWave. Here’s my experience I was so happy when I use for first time. Cleaning is amazing. But After a couple of months. Suddenly stopped. Isn’t a new product. It’s refurbished. Just work for 2 months. Amazon Warranty is only one month. Bissell waranty is a nightmare. Bissell Customer service it’s a joke. There are a lot of better brands. I don’t recommend it.

This was so helpful! Job well done, Heather.

Yes, Finally a great cordless Mop review. Honest and Well made. Thanks, Heather Sanders!
Just ordered 1 my dog always tracks mud in got to be better than me mopping up every time. Good review

I like the spin waves scrub
try using one drop of blue Loctite to the screw thread. it will give a holding bond that can still be removed. do not use red.
I love mine for deep cleaning. I use the tineco s3 vacuum/mop for light cleaning but the spin wave is definitely better for deep cleaning.
Yes I agree. The head should be heavier. Thanks for the review

That was a great review! We are getting a dog soon, looking forward to using this!
Fernanda you’ll love it! It makes it so much easier to mop small and large areas!

Very useful and well demonstrated review...thank you..!!
Add some Loctite to the loose screws and problem solved. 😃
This was perfect! Thank you
I wish I could get the cordless but in the uk it’s only possible to get corded!
Heather... Put some lock tight on that screw and you will be good. 14:15
Quick tip. Don't put your microfiber pads or mops in the dryer to dry them. Always let them air dry on a rack or line.
do you use rejuvenate so you don't have to rinse? I really don't want to mop twice.
Yes and I prefer how it works and smells. ;)
My discs came loose. So i tightened. Now it doesnt work at all. Does it matter which way
you do it? I noticed on one disc you did it counter clockwise.
Loctite would secure the screws.

There is a model that does both...vacuum and wash
Who mops without vacuuming first?
Great review!
Do we have to spray all the time to mop or just for spray on tough spots? can you please let me know?
I spray a little in each room and then more where I really need it. Once the pads are wet you don’t need to spray as much.
I was gifted one for Xmas n I love it but the cleaner came all out while not in use. I ended up with a big puddle around the mop dish n an empty bottle. Any idea what I did wrong?

Yes it’s a huge change from my spray mops. It really does do most the job on it’s own!
@@TheSumnerh183 thanks so much!!
Where did you get the large glass jar next to the tub? I love it
Walmart!!
So the machine doesn't collect the spoilt water. I'd imagine I'll need 5 sets of pads to clean my home as to not smear old dirt across the home
Can we use Bissell solution on hardwood floors?
Does it get into the little grooves in tile/ linoleum floors?
Can u wash the pads I’m the washer machine
Yes! I wash mine in the washing machine and dry them in the dryer.
What exact model number is this please? 2315-A?
Why switch cleaning solutions? Why not use one for both surfaces. What is the one you use for the tiles
I really love my wood floor cleaner/polish so I choose to use different solutions. For tile I use the bissell cleaner they provide. For wood floors I use rejuvenates products.

I wash them w other towels
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
About half an hour I believe
Heather Sanders Thank you!
20 mins
It only last 20 min so mop fast. I have all hardwood so i have to do one swipe and move on
So is this a steamer?
No it’s a spin mop
Shark has a version spin and steam, but you can't turn off the steam.
it is noisy?????
Not at all
The the other improvement they could make is to have a charging dock.
I just got this a few days ago and my complaint is the battery life. I don’t know if I am gonna keep it or return and get something else
What did u decide? (Thinking to buy one)
Ebay $69.00
I just watched this because she looks pretty
