Companies will pay you or give you the item for free in exchange for a honest review. You do such a good, thorough job reviewing and prove to consumers exactly what the product does/does not do. Your honesty and tests are the best. Keep up the good work!
I’m getting this but trying to decide whether to get the corded or cordless version. I’m thinking I’d reach for it more if I got the cordless, and there are times in my house where the floors really need a good scrubbing
I received the Bissell Spinwave as a gift. I love it. Well, I DID love it. I guess I still do but mine quit spraying. I cleaned the tip with a needle, checked the cap and resat the solution tank numerous times but it STILL won’t spray. It’s out of warranty so there’s that. I found the solution though. I use a squirt/spray bottle. Spray it in front as I go and it works. Still waiting for a video from someone handy that has opened theirs and cleaned the line. Thats the only thing I can think of that would stop it from spraying. Unless the pump quit but it beeps and sounds like it should be spraying.
Hello, I am looking for a floor cleaner, I hesitate between this model and the Bissel Crosswave which is also a vacuum cleaner. The problem is that the Crosswave is heavy, bigger and more expensive, but the biggest problem is that it does not go under furniture and along walls. Can you confirm to me that you have no problem passing the Spinwave under the furniture (bathroom furniture for example, or under the chairs). Thank you for this video, you explain really well and in a soft and pleasant voice. (Sorry, hope my English isn't too bad LOL)
Which one do u prefer just for mopping. The spinwave or the crosswave. I haven't really caught into the vacuum mops, I rather do those separately. But let me know what you think. Thanks. Great video.
I use to think that way too but honestly it’s very convenient to do both at once so you don’t have to pull out two machines and I prefer the spinwave over the crosswave because it really deep clean and sanitize the floors. Thank you for watching!
I agree with you. If you watch the videos, the vacuum and mop in one unit is a huge pain to clean. It’s yucky and you have to take it apart and wash the roller and other parts after each use.
I have a vacuum mop and thought it be great with my kids and it is if you don’t mind cleaning out the hoop. I myself hated it. It’s real gross. So now I don’t use it much and just do them separately for a better clean.
After carefully watching both of your videos my conclusions are: 1) you are gorgeous; 2) you are gorgeous; 3) you are gorgeous; 4) this is definitely the concept I was looking for; small condo, hardly any storage space and currently storing conventional mop outside on balcony; not great for a Canadian winter; 5) will probably go for the power of a corded model for more frequent use (little terror-of-a-dog; 6) you are gorgeous. Thank you and stay safe!
That’s very sweet. Thank you. I really like the Bissell Symphony it’s a vacuum and steam mop, which why I really like it, and it does a good job cleaning the floor. That’s the one I really use all the time. I shared an updated video on it recently ruclips.net/video/VBt83UVziQc/видео.html
Do you need to clean the pad after every use? I had steam mop but on my uneven ceramic floors, it's not that good. The dirt from dog etc gets in every groove. I am hoping this will work better
Yes, it’s very important you clean the pads after each use, but luckily, they are easy to clean in the washing machine. I ordered extra pads so I can always have a clean set ready to go, and at the end of the week I can run a cycle to wash them.
If I really wanted to use pre-moistened wipes like Swiffer or Clorox floor wipes.... do you think they could be Macgyver'd to attach to each side so I get the help with the scrubbing?? I hope so!
This was ok. I have 2 corded and 2 cordless. The cordless ones act up a lot and sometimes don't spin. It doesn't scrub well at all. I find it works best IF i swiffer the floor 1st. Then again if I'm doing that why do I need this? lol Will say clean up is easy with the pads going to washing machine. 2 were gifts.
Can’t get mine to spray. I think my daughter used soapy solution on it. It will spray some bubbles out but only if I jam the solution bottle in and out several times while holding the spray button. It will not prime and spray solid. Only a couple bubbles. Almost seems like there’s a break in the feed line and is sucking air.
Hi Rose , thank you for your review , I.got the bissell crosswave cordless and spinwave after your review, and I like both, what machine will you recommend for deep cleaning. Thank you
Hello Rafat, I’m glad you liked them, and if you are looking for more deep cleaning mop I recommend you try the Bissell Symphony vacuum and steam mop. This is my review video on it ruclips.net/video/Z8FcAS33750/видео.html This machine hands down is my favorite mop for deep cleaning and sanitizing the floor.
Cordless If the battery is not enough, you can divide your house in 2-3 sections, and clean each one in a different day; or different times of the same day.
I like the powefresh mop because it sanitize the floor but you have to vacuum before you mop with both the spinwave and the powerfresh. That’s why my favorite mop is the Bissell Symphony this is a vacuum and steam mop it does both and it deep clean my floor as well so I really love it. @@RoseBaby I saw on another video that the vacuum and mop in one model is a pain to clean after use. Like you have to wash the roller and all the parts. Do you find that to be true?
Hi Rose. Great review! May I ask how long it takes to charge? I know you said 4 hours when using for the first time but is it the same amount of time ongoing? Thanks.
No, you need to push the trigger button for the water to come out. If I have to choose one of them I will choose the Bissell Spinwave. I find that it cleans better if you don’t mind the extra step because you need to vacuum first before you use it.
@@RoseBaby oh really spinwave is better? Hmm… i was looking for crosswave coz they have sale at this time but im not sure if im willing to do the cleaning of the machine after using it.. 🤦♀️… or maybe i dont need any new cleaning machine and just stick to my floor steamer… heheh… but im always on the look out for something easier way to clean.
@@gladysa9203 I just feel the crosswave is great for quick cleaning but it doesn’t deep clean your floor. I prefer steam cleaning over anything. My absolute favorite machine at the moment is the Bissell Symphony it’s a vacuum and steam mop. It uses washable white pads not a brush which I love because they clean better. I have a review video on it as well here it’s: ruclips.net/video/Z8FcAS33750/видео.html Maybe you don’t need it because you said you already have a steamer and this one is the same as the crosswave you need to clean the machine after each use. To me it’s just worth it for the convenience of not having to vacuum first before mop.
I know, it’s really hard to pick one. I’m in the process of making 2 years update review video on the crosswave right now. Hopefully that will help you decide.

After see the video I bought the Bissell SpinWave. Here’s my experience I was so happy when I use for first time. Cleaning is amazing. But After a couple of months. Suddenly stopped. Isn’t a new product. It’s refurbished. Just work for 2 months. Amazon Warranty is only one month. Bissell waranty is a nightmare. Bissell Customer service it’s a joke. There are a lot of better brands. I don’t recommend it.
Do you have some sort of vendetta against Bissell? In researching the SpinWave I've seen you post this identical comment on nearly EVERY one of the review videos.
Spend the money, get a good tier quality machine. Bissell is made in Mexico and China. If you are an American buy Shark, not only because they're American but they make awesome vacuums
