I relate so much about the tattoo thing! I thought about my tattoo for almost six years... for six years I knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. But I couldn't bring myself to do it. And one day it just hit me, I wanted it, I needed it, like right now. So I went to get it and so far I've never regretted it (and probably never will) so take all the time you need, in the end it'll be on you for all of your life so it doesn't really matter :)
