      He’s my adorable little helper whose noises I’m so far succeeding at editing out of the videos! So far he’s more interested in watching me do yoga, so when he’s ready I’ll have a lovely mat waiting for him 💙

    thanks gate pose feels like it is lengthening too, and thus opening the shoulder and neck
    cat cow does not seem to provide any sensation other than a sore neck. I have neck issues and headache
    which twisting and subtle upper body moves and openers are key like eagle or just moving arms over head

      Yes the first mobility exercise at the wall will help you open up your shoulders too. Sorry to have neck issues and headaches. But if twisting poses help then you’re really going to like this one :-)

    Thanks Alexia, you always come up with something new and different I haven't tried before. Similar to gate pose but not exactly and love using the wall like that, I will share this with my yoga class on Tuesday!
