Wow, what an incredible trip! We just finished our adventure in Trinco, and every beach was stunning, but Dutch Bay Beach stole the show! The beauty of this place is beyond words. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Absolutely amazing! 🌊🌴

And I didn’t even go to the popular areas. The Southwest is where most people holiday but it was monsoon season there. I think tourism will blow up here soon so come while it’s still in crowded.
Great video! If you find yourself in Central Province then please come and visit one of our Tea Leaf Centre schools - we'd love for you to see the work we're doing for young people in the tea estates.
We were there in September. North East Monsoon Season know as the Mala is October to Late January. They say the best time to visit the northeast is April to September. Southwest monsoon season is known as the Yala is from May to September. They say the best time to visit this region is December to March. Hi. Thank you for a fantastic video. Do you have contact details for where you had the cooking class near trinco? I’m trying to put together a trip for myself soon. Thank you.
Greetings from Toronto! Kithul is much lower on the glycemic index than maple syrup ie healthier. I heard there is an awesome sushi restaurant in Fernando’s Market. One of the reviews on Trip Advisor said it rivals sushi restaurants in Japan. That’s saying something. Did you guys try it?
We didn’t try it but I wish I had now. I didn’t know that about kithul syrup, I hope they can find a way to preserve the tradition but I think it’s so much work for not a lot of profit so the younger generation isn’t as interested.
@@ayngelina that place is considered super sacred...it is aligned at two degrees longitude east to mount Kailash... If you like the vibe of trinco... The whole area is under his lord Tirukoneswaram s jurisdiction.. once a year he visits every place... It s a spiritually uplifting place...
You have to DROWN the string hoppers in the gravy!! That's the best way to eat. Mix it up with your fingers like you were eating rice and add in bits of the curries but especially if you get 'kiri hodi' which is a coconut milk based light gravy, you HAVE to drown the string hoppers in it for the best flavour! I do the same with pittu as well. NEVER eaten it bare like that tbh... Always mix it up like your would rice. Only difference is that with string hoppers or pittu, I always need a LOT of gravy. Enjoy your stay here!!
Beach is made 4 walking! Today here is Oct 5, over 105, blazon hot! Stay cool! Coconut sambal yum!My Dahl never comes out like this, what's the secret? Food looks amazing!
Gyönyörű helyen voltam ismét veletek! És a kaja, olyan különleges volt, amiket én soha nem ettem, de szeretnék ! Annyi volt, hogy jutott volna belőle nekem is ❤😊
love your channel but.. alan never seems happy.. always seems inconvinienced to be traveling. does he even like it? love your energy though but alan is a bit of a drag sadly..
He does love it and he had no idea his resting face was so negative until people started making comments. He's a very laid back person and actually makes a lot of jokes, including many bad dad jokes but he can have a furrowed brow at times, which I think actually may signal a need for glasses but that's a different story. But he doesn't have the artificial smile people are so accustomed to on RUclips. I'm conflicted about it because the videos should be authentic and portray our life as it is rather than to be a performance.

It was amazing!
Thank u for bringing us to the east coast! The king coconut is the best, they're sold everywhere and is an excellent thirst quencher.
It’s so small but has so much juice!
Wow, pretty cool beach town. People seem very friendly and food looks delicious.
The servers at Arafa Hotel were so nice we ate there maybe 5 times because the food was great but also the people were also so welcoming
