I've been having muscle twitches for the past 3-4 weeks. However, I take daily vitamins everyday, do not drink caffeine, get about 8 hours a sleep a day, do not drink alcohol, and I am not stressed, nor taking any medications that are listed in this video. Magnesium is more associated with cramping, which is a different situation than twitches. Iron is definitely associated with restless legs syndrome, which is also different.
Great question! You could try a multivitamin and it might contain enough of these nutrients to help. However, in some instances depending on the ingredients of the multi and a person's individual constitution, etc it may not be enough. For example, most multi's have maybe 200-400 IU vitamin D. That more than likely won't have enough of an effect on the twitching in most people, hence the suggestion for more Vit D in the range of several thousand IU's per day.
Twitching just started for me like 2 days ago , I started doing a lot of exercise to get the muscle nerve pumping but idk if it’ll work , will definitely cut on coffee & get more sleep 😭
