this works for GOTY edition too.
This works for AMD GPU as well as NVIDIA
nvidia physx: www.nvidia.com/...
1st step: Open C:\Programm Files
vidia corporation\physx\common …. copy the 4 *.dll-files and paste them into the batman AA\binaries folder…
2nd step: Open \batman AA\bmgame\config folder … open the defaultengine file and search for
[SystemSettings]
DetailMode=2
ResX=1680
ResY=1050
Fullscreen=True
AllowD3D10=True
Change them as seen here…put your right resolution here, mine was 1680×1050, change fullscreen and d3d10 to true. then change menu resoultion:

ResX=1680
ResY=1050

so.... This even workedfor the "Failed to initialize Nvidia Physx" problem. I reinstalled physx so many times and so many versions and none worked. Then I edited the DefaultEngine file and it worked. I don't know how, or why, but it did. And I'm so thankful
