First off, really appreciate the sympathy for Deckard. The great thing with this show is people have very different reactions to different characters. Not many do, but I am 100% with you feeling sorry for him! The ending of this episode really has a lot of different takes when it comes to first time watching it. When I first watched it I admit I was furious at Vi, but many are just as angry at Powder. It is great to see you appreciate both sides of them. Silco's bond with Powder is very interesting, going on but even here when Powder tells him she was abandoned by her sister, and Silco looks up to see the body of the 'brother' that betrayed him. Every character is so well written in this show. And guess what? There are still MANY twists and turns from her onward! XD Great reaction!!
A lot of people seem to think when VI sees the monkey head Vi knows Powder caused the explosions. Vi has no reason to think that. She doesn't know the crystals are explosive and all of Powder's nail bombs never work. Vi just knows Powder showed up and she is assuming she is dead like Milo and Glaggor. In fact I think if Vi knew about the crystals power she would have taken them with her to use and also not to leave them with a small child.
