When you're able to sell an emotion but sneak in a product. You got me Amica. Another good commercial is the Hobby Lobby (?) one with the single mom raising the teenage boy around Xmas. She goes to work her 12 hour shift, the boy sees the house is kind of a mess, he cleans it up, does laundry, pawns/sells his video game console to buy his mom presents. She comes home to find a wreath on the door and inside he's waiting by the decorated tree. Mom notices he's dressed nice and notices he folded laundry, did chores and that's what she appreciated the most. GD, I'm getting choked up as i write this. It's crazy how specific images and a soundtrack can evoke so much emotion.
Super impactful commercial. More human. I continue to watch it every time it comes on. Checking out Amica for insurance because of this commercial alone

While we love seeing the positive response to the music, it was composed specifically to accompany the footage that you see in the final films and isn't available as an isolated track.
Empathy is free and should be a given with good customer service. I'm really more concerned about getting the money quickly with the fewest hassles. Most if the various insurance commercials are annoying. Geico is the most entertaining at least.
