Unfortunately the replay in offline mode doesn’t work for helicopter, it works for other things like infantry but once you get into a heli, the replay will just freeze the helicopter in place and not show it moving at all. This 3pp camera was recorded using admin cam by my mate on a private server.
Make sure you’re lowering your collectively completely when you roll left or right, then pull in. Collective needs to be completely down when you’re pulling in, for best results.
If you're watching this video trying to practice your J-hooks, realize that he is flying in the huey which is the lightest and most maneuverable heli in the game. If you can't whip your tail around fast enough, find you drag in the direction of your hook after your turn around and raise collective, if you find you accelerate towards the ground in the advanced method shown, it isnt you, its your heli. Other helis take more time and other adjustments that youll have to figure out as your practice.
hi, new pilot here. Few Questions: do any of you guys change your helicopter axes or values to swing the helicopter faster? When I try this, it seems the helicopter cant yaw around fast enough, and i hit the ground.
Nope, all default. Make sure you’re fully dropping your collective and not increasing your collective until you’ve made most of the turn. Try increasing your helicopter sensitivity

dont know how to edit: its possible its you, so try the method in the huey first, then move on to other helis if you find you can do it.
