Trek has been my Favourite Company for Mountain Bikes
I work in a bikeshop in Switzerland, after I saw this clip a accually want to work there. Now I own a Domane with Sram Red etap but my next bike will deffenetly be a Project One.

Trek goes through all this for the highest end bikes but still only puts 28 spoke wheels on the 920. If anyone actually wants to load and tour offroad like its intended they have to buy new wheels right away.
Why is the Remedy not available for customization? All the rest of the high end bikes are. The gloss finish on an all-mountain bike could really take a beating. Why not let customers choose a matte finish? It will last longer. I'm this close to pulling the trigger on the 9.8, but I'm a bit worried about durability.

Will you guys ever release the Trek Session Park at the website, and will you ever release the Session to P1?
We no longer offer the Session Park as a separate model. It is unlikely that the Session would ever be offered in Project One.

my bontrager pump wont pump up my tyres, what shoud i replace it with? my bontrager seat is breaking around the bars, what should i replace it with? my trip 300 is getting hard to read , is a bryton a worthy upgrade ? like my Domane, i hope it goes the distance.

There is not much demand for custom alloy bikes. We used to offer them but it was not popular.

We currently make the Emonda SLR, Madone 9 H1, Domane H1, and Session 9.9 in our Waterloo facility.

I saw a video tour where it shows robots painting the bikes. Why do they show people painting the bikes in this video? Are they really painting them or is this for show? I am trying to decide my paint scheme for the SLR frameset, so just curious.

why waste all that extra money on the marginal gains of 700 carbon and dura ace? Lose a pound or two and save THOUSANDS of dollars and buy a S or SL equipped with 105 or Ultegra. If it is all about SAVING WEIGHT, then do it the FREE, SMART and HEALTHY way!

@@Methodical2 unlike most things, a bike is often more expensive to build then to buy since some parts are exclusive to companines and their bikes
@@ludoms100 I'm building an Emonda now and it's cheaper than buying, at least in my case, and I can choose exactly what I want to use. I am doing all the work myself, which helps save a few dollars, but not a whole lot.

Isn't it funny that you can buy a motorcycle that can go 150+ mph for the same price as a BICYCLE!?!? The bike industry needs to improve manufacturing techniques to make these more affordable.
dude it isn't the bike it's the material they use to make...did you know that some of these bicycles are made from carbon...there fore it's more expensive than steel also did you know that these bicycles suspension like the mountain bike are way better thatn those generic motorcycles

you are not supoused to get that kind of bikes. that bikes are only for pasionate people or athlets who either have sponsorships or big money. also there are a lot of cheaper bikes that will serve you like these bike because im pretty sure that you are not an athlete who count every fraction of a second
