I am ordering my 2013 Project One Trek Madone 7.9 frameset in two weeks with the Shimano Dura Ace 9000 groupset! Upgrading from the 2011 Madone 4.7. Can't wait!!
so great Trek is the few U.S. brand of bicycle that are really made in USA im so proud of it...other us brand that are made in asia can still be call made in usa..of course the bikes were made their to sell lower cost but the design and materials is from the country originated
I'm Filipino @koukimonzta and staying here in u.s I totally agree. Lets bring back the craftsmanship of u.s.a and give life to the old working class citizens of America. American Dream should not be Made in China.
The scene at 2:29 could be an OSHA violation because you have one person spraying inside the booth while another is working without a respirator. If those are polyurethane coatings, they should really both have supplied air respirators to avoid developing occupational asthma.
I would much prefer an Asian made bicycle made in a factory with multiple decades of experience in carbon tech rather than one made in a small plant in Wisconsin. Also where do you think the rest of Trek bikes are made?
whats your point for the last sentence? I said the rest of them are made in Asia... Taiwan generally has pretty good QOA. I'd rather have my bike made there than in China.
Maybe Trek has other facilities in other countries to help them produce more bikes.....Ever think of that, That's how you double production and keep a company making tons of cash, And who know maybe the US supplies other countries such as Asia or China or maybe Japan with parts made in the US, Just assembled somewhere else, and still makes it a bike made in US!!!!!
Ustedes son fantásticos han hecho que mi vida tomara el rumbo de estudiar una carrera para innovar junto con ustedes espero que eso se cumpla saludos desde México crearemos para ser mejores
the ones working on carbon are probably in dust and static free rooms, with full body suits and working in clinical conditions. where these guys are mexicans in some dusty warehouse where the carbon cloth is open to contamination. well if you want to work on carbon properly, that's what you do. but USA made stuff is so great, they don't need to.
We absolutely make frames right here in Waterloo, Wisconsin. We also make most of our carbon rims, build most of our wheels, and assemble Project One bikes. We offer tours every Wednesday at 10am if you would like to check it out.
pretty nice paintjobs but aren't the Project One frames painted by machines. Confusing to see so much craftmanship and handwork here with not a single asian working 25/8
This is why Trek will always be the greatest bike company in the USA! Bring it On!
D.J. Crossmax I agree with you. eeven their riders are the best brandon semeneuk brent rheeder. even that lady artherton the dh racer is now on trek

내(MY) 트랙(TREK)이 저렇게 만들어 졌다는거군?
Have to be rich to afford this. wow
Made in USA thats all that matters.
koukimonzta Ubtil this year, when they moved the frame making to Taiwan....
I was the 5 view
It's too bad Trek's ProjectOne paint department is demonstrating a reputation for "0" quality control.
That doesn't seem right. Is there anything we can do to help? Feel free to send us an email to twitter@trekbikes.com.
Frames are not made in USA anymore, all come from Giant factory at Taiwan. Less employ for americans at their own companies.

aren't they made in china?
Poncho Cruz
Not the Project One bikes, the mass production bikes yes.
