So if the source is producing gross perceptions and sensations it is also producing subtle perceptions like thoughts and memories. There is no evidence for a brain producing thought, because the gross doesn't produce the subtle, it's rather that the gross and subtle share a common source.. and so that would form a more plausible basis for the transference of these memories and tendencies and so on.
