@@berniebrown9115 Youre 100% correct 5500 feet runway I could have landed taken off and landed again but I was a little fast and I don’t want to promote forcing landings and it’s easy and fun to go around.
Sounds like it could be a bad outlet. The Cherokee I fly had a loose nut on the back of the plate where the headset plugs it. If you try jiggling the chord, you might notice it cut in and out.

@@scoross3215 Thank you for the tip. The mechanic repaired this issue, it was a loose wire.
