My husband battled leukemia twice. His treatment was testicular. We were told by multiple doctors and his nurse mother that we would probably never be able to have children. After we honored God in holy matrimony, my husband prayed to God for a child. 3 weeks after my father walked me down the aisle to my husband, God blessed us with a healthy pregnancy and a beautiful baby boy. We name him Josiah Amadeo Ray Perez. He is our miracle 💙✝️

On Christmas day I lost my dad. It's been hard. My mom (obviously) and sister have been struggling the most. This has been a help to them. I heard it for the first time today. And it's true. No matter what, He is still my God. One day I'll get to see my dad again and meet my Father face to face.

I know what it's like to lose a father. I lost mine October 18, 2017 to cancer. I miss him very much. But through these last 2 and a half years, God has shown me that He will always be there to carry me through the darkness, even when I don't have any strength to stand, much less believe. I do like this song, but it is equally important to remember that God will carry us through, no matter what we do, don't do, say, don't say, feel, don't feel, trust, don't trust.
