My mom had a masssive stroke a week ago... I was forced to leave her the next day, completely catatonic, at the hospital (bc of Covid-19 CDC guidelines). I turned on the radio and said "God, speak to me," and this song came on. It's my anthem now. It's like it was written for me, for this moment. It's getting me through this horrendous time, and she is making miraculous, odd-defying improvements.
They said she may not understand language again, and she was laughing at sarcasm in 3 days.
They said she may never speak, and she spoke in 4 days.
They said she may never move her right side, and she's moved both her right arm and leg, just a tiny bit.
It's going to be a long terrifying road, but I will trust you Lord, I will fear no more.

I'm watching this video on Easter Sunday. I had a dark, difficult journey after my mom died. There was pain unspeakable on my heart in the center of my chest. I was home and trying to get out of the pain. So I turned on a religious station and within 1 minute the pastor said 3 words. "Yes Jesus loves me!" I repeated those words. I felt a rush through my heart and body. I was instantly saved and no more pain in my heart then or ever again. Now 17 years later I'm having a great life and talk to God daily. I've been told Heaven is for everyone and God loves all of his children! God bless you for reading this and Yes Jesus loves you ❤!

Our prideful heart thinks we have control. Yes, I have learnt, we still have to fight and do our best, not sit there and do nothing besides cry for God. But that final leap is in God’s hands, which is out of our control. That is why God has promised over and over again the Bible, “I will help you”.

At my lowest last year in November I had so much anxiety that built up in my chest and I felt like I was gonna faint and couldn't breathe. Until my parents came to check on me and prayed with me..I prayed so hard and spoke in tongue. I cried out out to God and gave it all to him. This song gets me through my hard moments. That weight was lifted. God is real and he says not fear. Amen.

I'm here again as a testimony. God has always been with me through that anxious phase of my life and I can't believe that the battle is over. I passed and got admission in one of the best college. I had plans but His plans were greater!
I've just realized God's amazing answer to my prayer a few years ago when I asked Him to teach me how to love Him.
Months ago, I have experienced the most anxiety, fear, pressure, and doubts in my life regarding my self and my future. However, it was during this time when I truly met and became closer to God.
He showed me how there is no need to worry for He is with me every step of the way and that He will take care of me--His beloved child. True enough, it turned out that I didn't have to worry at all because everything turned out well in the end.
Now, everytime I pray, I can tell Him: "I love you Lord" from the bottom of my heart.
Maybe sometimes, we experience difficult times in our lives so God can teach us how to rely on Him, how to be closer to Him, how to trust Him, and how to love him.
Thank you Lord for answering my prayer, I love you 😊.

This is really a powerful song.. I heard it for the first time a few years ago when I was going through a very bad phase in my life. I was tired of fighting with some scary and bad people.. At that time I was feeling very scared, unsafe and helpless.Many nights I could not sleep because of worry and fear. But this song gave me a lot of courage.. And finally I came out victorious from that worst situation. I am very thankful to God for that.

I rest in Christ---with 2 incurable diseases, How wonderful that You say "to come and rest in me". Who could ask for more?! You have met all my needs for 36 years!!! Yes, I was 26 when I was diagnosed with severe Lupus and 6 years later with a paralyzed GI tract and other various organ damage. Divorced and raising 2 young boys, I had great Christian parents who were already retired to help--I thank God!!! He has never left a need unmet. My folks are with Christ now. I go on.

I have bad anxiety, it is hard for me to do basicly anything in fear of failing, doing something wrong, messing up in front of people. My parents try to help me but they have no idea how. So that makes me feel even more alone. I am starting to have suisidal thoughts, thinking that it would be the only way to stop the fear. Natalie Gilmore hi that god help you through your struggles. I’ve been in this situation and you can handle these thoughts by trusting Jesus with all your strength and he’ll take care of you. Just faith this song is wonderful because it reminds me this situation of anxiety where it feels there is no other way except suicide. It feels like they wrote what was actually in heart. Jésus can supply to all of our weaknesses, inabilities ... he’s our strength ! My favorite sentence he’s greater than the battle raging in my mind.

Natalie, it is OK to see a psychiatrist and/or therapist for help with your anxiety. There are many healers who are Christian, and sometimes God works through them. Please do not delay, the world needs the gifts that you carry inside you, we don't want to lose you

I believe it was God's will that lead me to this song the day i was at my lowest about 5 days ago.
I was in the middle of a important event in my life but i knew i messed up because i was not prepared enough. lack of time, lack of motivation. Its like i have no energy to see this thru because i know i will fail anyways. I just want this to end.
To start, I was so fearful of everything in my life, fear of uncertainties , fear of disappointing the people around me, fear of being a failure at this age. I was so fixated of what my future self should be like. but expectations are different from reality. Pressure from friends, family and relatives. Like you should be like this, or that if you want to be successful. It was painful to feel to think to breathe. Thus running away was the only solution i could think of to escape the pain. I hated myself. I tried to distract myself over lots of things. I had closed my eyes and ears and used a facade of someone not caring about the world, the people around me & what they think of me to dull the pain.
But when i found this song then i realize, what am i so afraid of? Why do i hate myself this much?
- that's when i realize i forgot one vital thing in my life... Faith.
I forgot to rely and put my trust on Him. I had closed of my eyes and ears so much that I forgot that when you are weak He gives you the courage and strength to won your battles.
He is the courage to overcome the sleepless nights, He is the strength to overcome the endless fights, He is greater than battle raging inside my mind.
That is when i realize, He is the way of life. Perfect example of love. Love that i should have learn to give myself first before others. Self love.
We only live once. If i let myself be afraid of eveything and let what other people'a perception and opinions of me get the best of me, then how can i enjoy my life?
We only live once, and rather than getting anxious of what i'll become in the future, i will live for today's me. Because today's me deserves love and the most beautiful life too.
The song is a catalyst that made me see the truth, regain my faith and bring fire into my spirit. Now i have a renewed sense of the future.
Five days later, here i am writing this, as a reminder of the epiphany that God lead me into. And this is how i will start my journey towards a beautiful life. step by step, i will regain my confidence and my courage. Today's me will be a better and happier version of yesterday's me....
Im still in a middle of that important thing i mentioned earlier and there's a high chance of failure. But i am no longer afraid. There is a fire in me that believe that i will and can do better the next time. Because now, i am no longer alone. He is with me.

As a flash flood victim 13 years ago which killed more than a thousand including some of our neighbors, I felt scared. Decided to look for Christian songs and I was brought here. My Mom was struggling with a headache and I thought it was an everyday stuff that happens to her but I realized IT hurts she told me and then she was singing worship songs and praying so hard and crying and worshiping God and after that...
