Lock-Out, Tag-Out at the breaker box should have been verified BEFORE doing any work! Also, installing pin terminals and heat shrink tubing on the wires would avoid any stray strands and the risk of a fault.
We could really use a DC Fast Charger up in Farmington Maine either at the local Wal-Mart or Hannaford would be great! A Level 2 charger at the Narrow Gauge Cinemas would be an excellent choice too!
