Ready to start turning out some lumber and getting a building built now! Nice!!!
Looking good man. Your set-up should work awesome!!
Great job, your research paid off.
Looks great Brock , I'm anxious to see that sweetheart cut some wood !
pc
( I have been impressed with Woodland Mills " Practical Quality " coupled with well documented assembly documents )
Like a kid at Christmas... Have Fun
It’s looking fantastic, I’m ready for the first run video 👍
Great video, hope you enjoy your new tool.
What I like about your videos is you acknowledge your mistakes and you don't edit them out.
Thanks
Congratulations Brock, that looks fantastic. I am looking forward to future milling videos.
I know that you have dreamt of this for a long time. You look tickled pink, my face hurts grinnin' for ya! Happy sawing!
Nice setup Brock. Be fun watching you put it to work. Great idea elevating it up instead of working on the ground .
Thanks
Thanks, Brock. This was really interesting. Great job. I think I'm ready for a mill now! :)
I'd go over everything one last time to make sure it is level with the cutting head in all positions. Check all of the bolts one last time as well.
@Sawing with Sandy had a couple mods he had done to the log stops and clamps to keep them from falling on the ground when adjusting. Might look into that.
Yeah, I watch that video too
Thanks for sharing
Looks like an awesome adult lego set!
BROCK: "Ain't gonna rot off tonight!" you KILL ME 🤣 Your son-in-law is going to rethink marrying your daughter😆
Yes sir
Great video Brock!
Can't wait! Especially when it comes time to flip the height gauge measurement scale to face back toward the operator...I *think* it's on backward anyhow, lol
Yes it was
That brought back some memories of setting up my mill. As soon as the frost is out of the ground and the mud goes away, I'll be back out there running it again. Can't wait to see yours in action. I like your stand. Looks solid and appears to be at a good height. Mine is set lower, but still on a temporary base. Hopefully I'll have everything moved to a permanent location this summer. Still need to do some dirt work and leveling for the chosen area. Good luck with your new mill!
Good evening Brock. I'm late today. The wife and I (Yes, someone actually thought that I was worth marrying. ) spent the Easter weekend in Indiana with our oldest grandson, his wife, and our two great granddaughters. We were on the road 9 hrs. today and just got home about an hour ago so I'm running late today. You did a great job on your sawmill. I do have a suggestion for you though. Maybe you could have Paul come over for the maiden voyage of the sawmill. Just an idea. God bless you and your family. 👍👍😊
They are a quality mill and do take some time to assemble. Enjoy your mill my friend. Oh, remember to lower your log stops as you get lower. Guess how I know...
Dad jokes... Don't give up your day job... 🙄 lol! That looks spectacular Brock! Really turned out great. Putting a little thought in ahead of time sure paid dividends at the end. Looking forward to watching you saw many a log. Well done and thanks for sharing 🤠
Hi you should put some métal x’s between each legs on your Wood stand. So they stay square and strong . See you on the next one
Good job but, one question: Why you put the rails so high on the levelers? I think it is more stable if you level them as low as possible on the base.😊
Nice job Brock. Looking forward to seeing it in action.
Hey, if I were you, I would go over that with Cabot is much better product
Congrats on the new equipment!!
looks great
Your daughter will have something to say about the it won’t rot off tonight!
I must have missed the jokes and the juggling.
I was actually planning to do corny jokes through the whole thing. I did the one at the beginning, and then kind a lost my fun spirit as it turned into a long day putting it together.
@@RockhillfarmYT I heard the wooden story in the beginning of the video. That was a joke? Hmmmm 🤣
What was your platform dementions
Brock do you have info on your transit ? I remember when u got it , but I tried looking for it and gave up . Lol
Yes sir. Here is a link to the transit level that I use:

Can you hang a bucket or some kind of bin with a flexible hose for the sawdust ?
Or better yet have paul hold it for ya 🤪and dump into his spreader. Lol
Do you talk to yourself while you sleep? lol
