ooo' this is fun! i mean, after struggling with bluegrass fiddle tunes this is a breath of fresh air... and when it becomes second nature, maybe evn a meditation :)

What make of mandolin are you playing? Secondly, I really like your lessons and choice of tunes. Thank you.

Thank you for the wonderful lesson, could you give the guitar backing track? Or give the tabs so I can play on my own.

Great tune Mike, nicely played. I've got the tune down fairly quickly without tremolo but I'm messing up with the DU DU routine when I speed it up and slipping in 2downs and 2ups in certain parts. Bad habit I'll try to correct.

Keep going .. DU DU DU tremolo :) Take it phrase by phrase, play the exercise on open strings then the phrase then exercise then phrase etc etc. You'll get there!

Thanks Mike, I've got up to a good tremolo speed with this song and moved onto Recuerdos de la Alambra now. 👍

Very nice! Would love to get good chord shapes for the mandolin sorted for it.

Hi Aneez, yes I do do a lot of online one to one teaching. Check out the options on www.mandomike.com/lesson-options and then get in touch. I have students from Hawaii to New Zealand, so your location is no problem. Cheers, Mike
