This recipe is bomb I just tried it and I highly recommend it, I made half the recipe in a 8x8 pan so I cooked it for 10 more minutes for a total of 30 mins when I put the crust on top. Thank you again!

Does this batter come out a little doughy--slightly undercooked. My mom used to make a peach cobbler where the dough was like that and it was superb. She learned if from her mother, who was German and a baker by trade.
This is one of the best cobblers I made it…it’s on another level I was wondering could I use one layer of pie crust at bottom of pan cook that a lil and then add my batter I want some of that crust at bottom too will that bottom layer crust be ok with that batter on top I think it will what you think My mom use to put pie crust at bottom and just add dough pieces inside the peaches and pie crust on top was delicious and my favorite cobbler ever

Lay Saran Wrap down. Put dough in middle, lay another Saran on top and roll out. Keep it cold. So if it becomes room temp, when it about to lay on top, just pop back on fridge for 5-10 min until stiff.
