I really hope you do more of this. I loved the cutaway moments of strategy discussion. It added a nice touch and increased the already exceptionally high production value of Play On videos.

This game seems a lot more casual than the usual games and is a little more friendly to people like me with little game experience. Love vids like these!

That was pure awesome! Both armies are gorgeous. Warmistress stepped up and represented the guard codex brilliantly. If only that Manticore could have spoken once or twice. Would love to see her army in action on more battle reports. Thanks for sharing.

@Spirit Of The Gorg A month late, but I think he didn't charge it because he was afraid of the flamer's overwatch. (considering the fact that that gave it an extra turn or two of shooting though, I'm not sure it was the best decision)

the Warmistress playing 40K on hard mode and making it look easy, such a close game. the energy and atmosphere at the table was almost palpable, a massive well done to everyone that was involved in making this video.
This was absolutely riveting!!! Really enjoyed the multiple cross overs with Warmistress and Vanguard Tactics. The cut aways to Stephen Box were great! Tanya piloted the IG superbly, and contributed to a close match. Happy for Space Marine Steve, on his first official victory. PLAY ON! 🤠👍

He's only bloody gone and done it! Valiant push from the Guard but holy hell, this ep had everything! Dancing Captain part 2, The Dancening - Redemptor madness - Heck Hounds cutting the map in half and holding the lines.

I don't even play 40k, I play AoS. But the editing and narration make it so easy to follow along with what is happening, I've basically learnt how to play at this point. Best battle reports on youtube

This was your best battle report so far. It really felt like Marines vs. Guard and had some awesome moments - Commander Kevin, that Captain, that Sentinel action. Would have liked to see even more analysis by Stephen. Also kudos to Tanya and Steve. Great sportsmanship there. Top notch production value as always. Liked the end credits. All in all great episode.

Being a fellow guardsmen player loved the paint idea for the shoulders I did the same thing but depending on what you are like the normal infantry is green heavy weapons is red and vehicle crews are dark blue makes it look just ❤ that being said I simply love space marine Steve everything about the beautiful man the humour just having fun its what everyone should have when they play 40k
Man, take a second to apptrciate the paint job on those Leman Russes, unreal 👌👌 couldn't say which one is better, both are that good

That Captain surviving artillery to the face is amazing. And that ballsy Guard Commander coming into melee? By the gods.
Loving the dice roll editing on this, very quick but still getting most important rolls in and the comments about them.
I also love how Steve just backs his implusor into the hellhound, that driver just threw in reverse and floored.

I'm just imagining the force commander ordering EVERYTHING to shoot the captain. The captain slams down his shield, everything fires, the dust clears and he stands tall. The force commander sees no other options, yells out "FOR THE EMPEROR" before charging, gets a solid hit and is absolutely destroyed. The captain then moves onto the plasmacutioner with a nice, slow walk.
