2:57 I always really liked Vince McMahon as a commentator, and hearing him do commentary in a video game makes me wish he would do it today for a showcase mode
Another interesting detail in Attitude Era is certain people's attires changing color to match what they wore on a specific date of a show. For example, in this video where Vince is sitting in the wheelchair, the game changed his suit jacket to blue to match what he wore on TV on that specific date. I even remember Billy Gunn's attire changing color scheme: he didn't have the Mr. Ass lips attire in the game, but in one specific cutscene his attire changed color scheme to his lips attire to replicate the Raw episode that specific cutscene took place.
The same happens on the WWE 2K Showcases too. And sometimes, like in 2K16's Stone Cold showcase, it will have matches which were in previous games. In some of them, the attires will be all right, unlike the previous. For example, in Big Show's debut, in 13, Big Show doesn't haves the right attire but in 2K16, he haves the right attire.
Okay, this is even more violent than the first blood match version. 8:26. Taker just throws the steps at Stone Cold. And chokeslams Kane onto the steps. That was insane!
As far as I can remember in WWE’13, there’s a soundbite during Royal Rumble in the Attitude Era mode where Tony Chimel says WWF. I appreciate your content man! I miss playing this game in the 360. So many memories. Love the video packages in this mode.

The dude in the crowd wearing an nWo t-shirt in a WWE video game recreating moments from WWF's attitude era is what really did it for me, in terms of attention to detail!
I noticed during the commentary for Kane vs Stone Cold in the First Blood match that Jerry says Kane has almost no exposed skin except for his right arm. So if I’m not mistaken that means Kane wasn’t wearing the full sleeve attire for this match but instead was wearing the one sleeve. So this would have to be an error on the developers then
But there are some moments that don’t look realistic like when the undertaker appears inside the cell to attack Paul bearer (in the game he comes from lightning even though he came from under the ring in real life) and in Kane’s debut Shawn for some reason is up when Kane comes in the ring even though he was completely “unconscious” on the ground in real life and the cell doesn’t appear in Austin vs Kane at king of the ring 98 because for some reason WWE decided to add the hell in a cell in the match
What is rhe best wrestling game on new consoles since wwe 13, it was my favorite game of all time but after 2k16 I stopped. I miss the content and customization and my customization characters being added the roster. Any games similar to wwe 13 on new consoles?
Great attention to detail in WWE2K20 , if you use Randy orton on am older arena , the titantron will change to match the one he had during the time the arena was used 2. In SMACKDOWN! Here comes the pain , kurt angle can counter/reverse a kick into his ankle lock finisher
Not really attention to detail. Their old trons are still in the game under create a video. When 2K added in the newer arenas in 2K18, the trons themselves changed to fit the screen but if you use a older arena. It reverts back to their older trons.
