- Call centers act as the intermediary between businesses and their customers. On the other hand few call centers do scams. This is my very own experience shared in this video.

Jis kaam ko karne ka dil gawahi na de, us kaam ko nahi karna cahiye.
I worked in a call center, they told me that it was an honest job. But after working for sometime as an agent i realized that it was a SCAM. AND I WAS SCAMMING PEOPLE. i had to read a script to people like "we are giving away free cruise trips to get some feedback like word of mouth for our company..." And blah blah! I had to call at least 700-800 people and only 3-4 people were fool enough to believe us.
I asked me employer what are they doing to people, this is not an honest Job and they tried to justify.
My conscience didn't allow me to work their any further. I left! And THE Y DIDN'T EVEN PAY ME! THEY TOOK MY LABOUR FOR A GOOD TIME AND I GOT THE EMPLOYER SOME TRIPS AND "TRANSFERS" BUT STILL THEY DIDN'T EFFIN PAY ME! AND I DON'T WANT ANY MONEY FOR THAT! I JUST THANK GOD THAT I LEFT THAT JOB, I COULDN'T BEAR SCAMMING PEOPLE.

As someone who worked in call center for over 4 year, i would like to say that you working in one call center and then naming your video as reality of call centers in pakistan is huge discredit to people who have worked their asses off to provide a reasonable and honest earning to people who would other wise be doing lowly paid labour work. so it would have been much better if u name it as " My experience in call center"
because their are thousands of call center in pakistan and yes their are some who scam people and usually when u are new in the industry u fall for them. but their are more of them who are providing jobs with good payout to people.
