    I love watching your videos indeed. I am just baffled from the high prices of these homes. And yet there is no spacious backyard, no high fences, no greenery Surrounding these homes. There is not a single drop of privacy in these homes when someone want as such while enjoying themselves. These houses
    have barely any space apart. I just can't seem to find any value in homes such as these.

      Trust me Dina, for anyone coming from a 2 hour radius of Toronto, these houses are a deal. I would need over 2 mil for this in a toronto suburb that’s a minimum 1h commute each way to downtown. I own 5 houses near toronto so I’m intimately familiar with the market.
      If you think this is expensive, just wait

    My wife and I are thinking of moving to Calgary. This house would be perfect for us and I could damn near pay cash if I sell my house in Ontario. Sheesh

    Is it common in Calgary for million dollar homes to come with unfinished basements. How much does the price increase for homes with finished basement.

      Yes quite common! Finishing the basement may cost $50-70k and add about an equivalent amount of value.

      Alex, my apologies. You’re right. With the current interest in the Calgary market, and a bit short staffed on the team, we’ve had an intensive week and We fell a bit behind. We had four listings come to market and these take a large amount of time and focus, and for that reason I fell short of a more professional standard of returning all voicemails. Apologies.
