My company did the Civil engineering and landscaping on Silverhorn, was easily my favourite community to work in my 13 years experience especially when I got out to see the site, it's nice to finally see the homes being built here. The people that end up living here are very very fortunate, or lucky.
i love the aesthetic on the outside. it looks homey and humble (if i can say that, considering how luxurious the home is itself), and very classy/timesless. Inside, I love how warm and homey it feels. Plus it has a lot of great qualities. The flow seems very nice, and there are many rooms for different purposes, such as a home office, laundry room, mud room, home gym area. I love that the one balcony area has the phantom mesh window guard! that would come in super handy :)

The only thing I don't like about it is the stairs to the downstairs right at the main entrance to the home. The Fireplace gives it a nice look but not a fan of the staircase placement. Gorgeous house otherwise and a reasonable price for what you are getting for those that can afford it.
A lavish house 🏠, love to own it. The only barrier at this time is lack of money 💰 . I gotta hit the $ 50 million jackpot. Then owning a home in Calgary might be an optional thought.

Did you price it low in hopes of a bidding war? My daughters both live in Calgary and we are thinking of moving there. I don't have a very good feel for the market/prices there, that is why I am asking. I am wondering how realistic the price is.
