Another lovely chat Linda, I have a memory of my Grandparents and wonder if anyone else's GP's did the same. Whenever we had a Sunday roast with them my nan would make a big Yorkshire pudding and serve that on its own with a bit of gravy then serve the meat and veg after ! This was because during the war and having to ration, the pudding filled you up so you didn't want much meat !😂 and she served Sunday dinner the same way till she died in the 80's ! 😅 liked the Wallis top, I used to buy alot of their clothes, nice quality Julia xx
I saw the difference in your hair straight away, I think it looks nice. Because I was very dark in my previous life 😝😜🤪 I don't bother with colouring it, it's okay though. Glad you've had some fun with your new shopping experiences, I think charity shopping can be hit and miss. Mrs M said how the prices had changed. I've enjoyed your vlogs, and listening to you. Hair gorgeous, love your denim jacket. Top is lovely too. We've 4 grandchildren, had family yesterday for lunch, 10 of us. Shattered last night, knees aching. So I know how you feel. Love charity shops, like you I find brill stuff for myself and gkids.

Loved this video Linda. I help out with childcare for my two grandsons one day a week. I love them to pieces but it is exhausting. I am normally asleep on the sofa by 7pm !

Your hair is lovely. Could you do a get ready with me of what makeup you use. You certainly don’t look 70! I’d say late 50s! Agree about the grandkids. It’s ‘please go to sleep’ with my 6 year old🙄

I remember going to my grandmas on a Saturday afternoon with my parents and we had tinned peaches for tea but we had to have bread and butter with them. I’m now 76 and my grandkids would be horrified if I offered them the same.
Hi Linda, your hair always looks lovely. I love doing a jigsaw, I have many 1000 piece ones but I do prefer to do the 500 ones as I've got older, my children who are 31 and 34 now think that's all I want for gifts now so have had to dedicate a cupboard just for jigsaws !! I have had to say no more jigsaws for a while please😆
😂. This made me chuckle, Julie. I did wonder about learning to crochet, but one step at a time. Too much excitement isn't good for oldies!!😊. Thanks for your comment x
Hi Linda yes I can see your hair is lighter, it’s lovely does suit you. That Wallis top was a good buy that’s my taste too. You were a trooper going into all those shops .You do make me laugh with your mention of present, former and future husbands 😂. I’ve two daughters (two sons too) when they were old enough the Motherly advice I gave them was to marry the man who irritates you the least. This was obviously a huge challenge for both of them as my eldest daughter married for the first time last year age 50! My younger daughter 48 despite working in a male dominated environment is still searching ……she lives with 5 dogs instead. Lovely to see you again 🌺xx
