    Definitely the best workout for people who hate squats, you will be in pain after few minutes, love it!

    I did 30 minutes of Cardio of Pam before this. I was thankful for the no squats and jumps.

    Yaas can’t wait to try this 💪🏻 could you please do a 30-40 mins of booty pump workout someday ? I love longer lower body workouts esp the ones like this video which doesn’t involve too much knee pressure 🙈

      No es recomendable puedes hacer glúteo dos veces a la semana 40 minutos no más en global work y body pump haces normalmente pierna y glúteo con eso es enough

    This is always my last workout of glute day after weights. love the burn with the band. 2 years I've been doing this one of my favourite glute workouts by far. Love Mary 💖

    Ich würde mir ein 20Minuten Full Body workout wünschen, wie das Summer Body Workout nur mehr mit Fokus auf den Muskelaufbau des ganzen Körpers und weniger Cardio😍 z.B. durch Übungen nur auf der Matte 😊

    I tried this workout and It really burns. Love It! I have never been able to find the perfect exercises for my booty, but here they are! I have a question : how many times a week do you recommend this?
    (Sorry for my bad english, but it's not my First language)

      If you want results don't over train your booty, 2-3 Times per week is enough 🍑🙌 ( English isn't my first language)

      If you’re trying to grow your glutes activating them daily is good. So 6 times a week would be great for glutes, but if you can only get 3-4 times in a week you’ll get results.
