If you’re trying to grow your glutes activating them daily is good. So 6 times a week would be great for glutes, but if you can only get 3-4 times in a week you’ll get results.

Hi, it's always better if you do an activation before your workout. It helps with the mind muscle connection as well and you'll feel your booty much better ☺️

If you want results don't over train your booty, 2-3 Times per week is enough 🍑🙌 ( English isn't my first language)
