I totally agree, it definitely became quality over quantity for me. Eventually I just couldn't find anything to satisfy me and got bored of porn. Of course, my imagination was still pretty depraved, but the longer I went without porn, the more "vanilla" things became. appreciate this so much man. dont think you notice how relieving this entire video is. i cant talk about this to my parents, my friends, anyone. i knew there was a problem i didn’t know what it was but i felt like i was wasting my life away. i didn’t know what i was doing but i knew it wasn’t right. it didn’t feel right. it felt robotic. i emailed a sexologist, no reply. i do not feel comfortable being a child and needing someone with more experience to teach me how to fix my sexual health because of how insane that is. a total stranger, older than me, telling me shit like that. to seek some shit like that was crazy to me, i always felt as a minor it was just bait for predators. You know I’ve been battling with lust from a young age and it’s gotten worse over the years to the point of fear of intimacy with a woman I’ve had so many opportunities to be with women and I always took the easy way out in the past couple years I’ve found some faith in god and have been reading the Bible daily but porn is a sin I keep falling into because it’s so deep rooted I’ve gotten to a point of going a month without it but lately the urges have been worse because I’m thinking about the missed opportunities with women. I was watching another person on RUclips watching a video on this topic, because I’ve been struggling and I wasn’t happy with myself, and so recently I just started writing down what I’ve done through the day, and if I had watched porn throughout the day weather in the morning, afternoon, or night, I wrote it down and now I’m changing for myself because I did feel stuck and didn’t know how to get out, so I feel healthier and happier now that I’m taking steps to stop

The thing with porn is that after the short-term pleasure, everything just feels awful. I feel disgusting and hopeless. Thank god, I got into running. If I ever feel overwhelmed, I'll go to the pavement and run for 30 minutes or so. It's so much more satisfying.

I totally agree, it definitely became quality over quantity for me. Eventually I just couldn't find anything to satisfy me and got bored of porn. Of course, my imagination was still pretty depraved, but the longer I went without porn, the more "vanilla" things became. Even though lower standards could've easily led to relapse, I had gone long enough that looking up porn was kind of just a distant embarrassing memory. Almost like "yea that's a stupid thing I did when I was a kid that I'd never do again".
