Hi, I have lodged the 189 visa at February 2019 and I'm belong to 261313 ( ANZSCO code) with 80 points and I'm looking state sponsorship visa in Victoria with 85 points. Still I'm waiting for the visa.
Currently, all states have one of these two different conditions. 1- To have lived in that state for a certain period of time 2- To have an education degree in that particular state. An immigrant candidate who has not come to Australia as such is not eligible for 190/489/491 visas. Has this been happening in the past? Or did the states set such rules because of the pandemic?

My ACS letter says that I can consider experience from May 2020 as 2 years they have considered for suitability. So how do I put that company experience in EOI application. QUERY : In EOI, under Partner details I have selected partner occupation in skilled occupation list as YES. Does the YES mean that I need to have a positive skills assessment? I only want to claim 5 points for English and don't want additional 5 points for the same skill as I don't have the positive assessment as of today. Do I select the option as YES or NO? I am a RN working in sydney, and I have lodged my EOI for 189 and 190 nsw on may 25th with 80 points for 189 and 90 points for 190 state nomination, but inspite of me being on the priority skilled list (RN PERIOPERATIVE), I have still not received an invitation. Could you pls let me know if this is due to the current impact of covid 19 on migration process or is it due to the low invites issued by NSW??
