At first, I hated Damian. But watching him grow throughout the years he has really grown on me. What really made me love him was his relationship with Jonathan Kent. Those 2 growing up together was great!
I don’t think Damian is the best Robin, but I definitely think he should be the one to become Batman. Out of everyone he’s the most like Bruce so he could definitely fill his shoes
Damian did not kill criminals after Alfred's death. He was catching them and using magic from Djinn to brainwash criminals into being peaceful members of society. The Deathstroke situation lead to the whole operation being exposed. Batman shutting him down, Damian ripping of the R, etc.
Yo for real when Damian was resurrected, that panel of him hugging Bruce I wept like a little baby. My first son was born right around the Dick/Damian partnership was happening so it hit me hard as I somehow could relate to the father/son dynamic.
The 12 issue with Maya(Nobody II) I think would have been important as it is pivotal to Damian's character development. He goes from seeing death as the justified logical solution to going a redemption quest for all the death he caused before becoming Robin
Hoping the next videogame/show/movie goes past that begining where everyone hates him and actually shows him as the great kid and fantastic Robin he grew to become
Hey there Batcave just wanted to say thank you for this new video dealing with Damian Wayne. I do find this video to be honestly a very good one. The reason why I say that this video was a good one is because of the fact that I absolutely hated the character of Damian Wayne when he was first introduced. However, hearing you go through the bad parts to the good part of this character was really well done and interesting. I have recently read some of Joshua Williams run on Robin and found it to be a delight. Hopefully, as that comic series continues, we the readers get to see a great redemption arc for Damian Wayne and his version of Robin. Anyways thanks again for this video. It was really entertaining and delightful to watch. Hope that you have a great day and please stay safe. Can't wait to see more Batman related videos from you soon. So I will keep tuning in. Peace out to you, Batcave.
DAMIAN WAYNE is a Shakespearean tragic hero. Reminiscent of two legendary epic characters : 1. MORDRED Prince of Camelot torn between his father noble King Arthur ( Batman ) and his mother evil sorceresss Morgana La Fey ( Talia ). 2. OCTAVIAN the heir of the great Julius Caesar ( Ra's Al Ghul ) and the son of his grand niece the cunning Atia Of The Julii ( Talia ).
Much of this info is there on wiki - however regarding the new comics it is not. Coming from Arkham game series though, the big question is who was the nightmarish bat vigilante that took on two hoodlums in the crime alley - a content answer would be Damian Wayne. In that series , Talia is dead and Bruce is sorry for her, Jason Todd is Arkham Knight and Bruce is sorry for it too , the world knows Bruce Wayne is Batman and Bruce had to remove himself to bring in place someone more fearsome , brutal under Bat mantle - it had to be Damian , who lost his mom and now has a father who is in recluse .So he has to manage the Wayne Enterprise and carry on from his dad's mantle of fighting crime but with true wrath. Many say that the Ghostbat is either old Bruce or Terry from Batman Beyond but its Damian because mentally neither Bruce nor Terry could be Dark Knight of fear which Damian is. Damian simply cannot forgive or be just to insanity - he has the coldness of vengeance first , warmth of savior later.
I love Damian Wayne as Robin. In my honest opinion Damian feels more like how Jason Todd was back in the day but a little bit more mature than he was. I also enjoyed it when Red Hood had beaten Daimen when the two confronted each other on who was the better Robin. I also like the dynamic brother and sister relationship between Damian and Helena (New 52 Earth-2) since they were both robins and that they each held a high respect for each other especially when Helena had found out that Damian had died before his rebirth. also on the last part I like how both Damien and Jon had this brotherly relationship between each other as they both try to one up their fathers on who's the best Batman and Superman.
Can anyone let me know what the comic series is called with Dick Grayson's Batman and Damian Wayne's Robin is called? I would actually really like to find it(if possible anymore). Sadly all I know about Damian Wayne comes from the DCAMU, but it sounds like he has a much more interesting and rewarding story line via the comics. Him and Dick Grayson are my two favourite Robins, so knowing they have a series where they are paired up is awesome!

Same here, he’s kind of DC’s Ahsoka
@@sharendavis9216I would say he's more like Namor.
I saw one small glimpse of him on RUclips Shorts and I have ordered all the movies I can find with him. Damian is my absolute favorite Robin 😆
I truly believe Damien is the best overall robbin and should be the one person to takeover the batman role when Bruce finally retires or passes on

This aged well...
That’s boring
"Talia had him aged rapidly"
You mean to tell me Damian is FOUR?!
Naw, That’s one of the things he got wrong. Damian was just put in a pod because Talia didn’t want to deal with being pregnant
@@KurfewFilmsoh that’s makes more sense
I personally like Damian Wayne robin teaming up with Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy as his little 10 year old self and becoming the super sons.
I actually really like Damien as a character
Damians Crystale Powers should be permanent but hold back when he fights old school
This gray, black and red suit should be Damian's permanent suit
I just composed a superhero theme just for him!!

I thought Damian only became Robin after Bruce was sent back in time and after the Battle For The Cowl.
There is a seventh Robin named Jackson Wayne, Batman’s other son I don’t know much about him.
Not a real character but pretty interesting
Can you please do a RUclips video on the full story of Batgirl and your thoughts on her role in the DLC version of Batman: Arkham Knight ?
At the 9:00 mark, what comics should I read for those arcs?
I like his late Robin suit the gray and red one.
I feel bad for damian
Damian is my favorite robin
do a full story on batman pls pls
Carrie Kelley
So Damian still goes by robin despite him not being with Bruce anymore???
Hello 6th ranger have a good day

A new batman & robin by Grant Morrison.
I'm really not a fan of Damian Wayne but what I can say he could make a good batman
can we get the jokers whole story
You wouldnt believe me but im batman.😊 Thats my son
He's not over powered the real problem with Damian Wayne ruclips.net/video/s5CnWvdhZzk/видео.html
Caliy
Didn’t damion kill nightwing?
Super Man killed Shazam oh right different universe and not canon to the comic universe
Damian has the potential to be such a great character but he’s doomed by the writers
He's been pretty well rounded recently. He hasn't done anything villainous the past 3 years
who is Stephanie 💀
One of Batman's many robins
Sounds like they had no idea what to do with the character ngl
New 52 wasn't bad from DC comics but I'm still not a fan of damien Wayne
His robin series is pretty good
Tim Drake is and always will be the best Robin.
Wrong, that’s Dick Grayson.
@@daniel30855 Fax
Weird way to spell Dick Grayson
Ahhh no by far the worse Robbin. He is just another rehash of dick Grayson without his great qualities
No one should ever think that Damien is the best robin
Im allowed to have my thoughts
Because?
Oh look a Tim Drake fan boy crying 😂
To be honest I don't like him not even as a member of the teen titans
I am a super fan of girl power, so I prefer Stephanie Brown as Robin, but Damian Wayne comes second place.
