- In today's video I'm going to be showing you guys which businesses, properties, and vehicles I suggest to buy with Franklin in GTA 5 story mode! I gave myself a budget of $10,000,000 which should be a replicable amount if you have followed my many videos on how to make money in GTA 5.

PART 1 ($0 - $13+ Million):
Part 1 is simply playing through the story mode until you finish the sixth and final heist, "The Big Score". Once you have done that you will have made anywhere from approximately $12,000,000 to $41,000,000.

Make sure you only do the first of 5 Lester Assassination Missions as you will need to save the final 4 for part 2!
PART 2 ($13+ Million - $200+ Million)
Part 2 is where the big money is made. Some may even be able to make out their money at $2.1 Billion after this. Essentially you will be doing the Lester Assassination Missions while investing in stocks that the missions will affect in order to earn insane returns! The list of instructions for each mission is below.
Multi Target Assassination Mission:
1. Buy Debonaire stock before the mission
2. Wait for a 40%-100% return on Debonaire
3. Sell Debonaire Stock
4. Buy Redwood stock after selling Debonaire
5. Wait for 200%-300% return on Redwood
6. Sell Redwood Stock
Vice Assassination Mission:
1. Buy iFruit stock before the mission
2. Wait for a 20%-60% return on iFruit stock
3. Buy Facade stock after selling iFruit
4. Wait for 20%-40% or more return
5. Sell Facade stock
Bus Assassination Mission:
1. Buy Vapid stock after mission
2. Wait for a 79%-100% return on Vapid
3. Sell Vapid stock
Construction Assassination Mission:
1. Buy Gold Coast stock before the mission
2. Wait for a 50%-100% return on Gold Coast
3. Sell Gold Coast stock
The expected returns are estimates so you may receive better or worse returns
PART 3 ($200+ Million - $2.1 Billion)
Part 3 is a stock market trading method I have formulated over time. It has 6 simple steps, which are outlined below.
* I suggest investing with one character at a time*
Step 1: Create a save file before investing so there is a backup in case anything goes wrong.
Step 2: Find a stock that has been steadily declining in price for 5 days in a row (this is illustrated in the graph from the video). Invest all of your money into that one stock.
Step 3: Sleep in game to speed up in game time and change the stock price. Only sleep a maximum of 5 times. If you haven't seen a descent positive return by the fifth time I suggest reloading the save file you created and choosing a new stock.
Step 4: Once you have a 1-5% (suggested amount) positive return on the stock, sell the stock.
Step 5: Create a new save file with your new amount of money by quick saving.
Step 6: Repeat until you hit $2.1 Billion :)

Rockstar really dropped the ball on businesses in this game as the cost of purchase compared to the return is a joke half the properties you can't even afford till the game is finished and you have to do the assassination missions properly to be able to own everything and by that point you don't have anything left to do in the game. On top of that once you complete everything there isn't even much to spend money on except for Ammo and the guns you want but chances are you have all the guns and clothing you want by that point anyway. At least VC,sa, and VC stories you buy businesses throughout your playthrough so they actually serve purpose

You have obviously played through the story mode a number of times and you are doing a great job documenting how to play it. In my opinion there are two major flaws in what you are saying.The first thing is that you start off this video with $2.1 Billion so actually spending a budget of $10M on properties is just loose change to you.. But to a beginner it is a lot of money. It takes so long to get your investment back there is no point in buying businesses as a source of income early game ( apart from maybe the sonar dock ). Having personally hit the 2.1 billion mark in numerous play throughs. Once you get past the finale and the assassination missions the game really loses any point of playing it as you have so much money - assuming you do then buy all the businesses you will very quickly get bored having to run around trying to sort out all the problem phone calls /robberies etc.. I'm not putting the game or your video down but it is the reality Same as RDR2 once you have more money than you can spend there is no point playing anymore.. Great games though.

Franklin's garage, helipad and boat dock can be purchased for free. Have the money to buy but when it says right d-pad to confirm press it but run away at the same time. Has worked for me on all characters. Cheers for videos.

the assination missions just buy stock before you complete it then sell them afterwards it works better if you finish the last heist you'll have more money to buy the stocks
@zakariamoudaber5748 his assassination missions, it's a popular strategy to save them till after the final heist because you can invest in specific companies before doing the assassination and earn like 500% or more on your return. You have to do the first hi as the main story, but there are 4 more he offers that you should save till you have a lot of money for investing (after final heist)

I always found it silly that you can’t at least enter or personalise your purchased property. That would have been a nice little bonus to make it a bit more worthwhile and increase the connection to the business.

That Buzzard heli is on top of the National Office of Security Enforcement building due east of East Vinewood off the Palomino Highway (to the right). Drive up the driveway and wait for the barriers to raise and go around to the back side of the building and keep looking on the back of the building for a ladder. Park your stolen vehicle that you don't care about losing and climb up and steal the Buzzard... there is also an RPG spawn just 1 level lower than the heli. Save $2mill

properties Franklin needs to own to set things up for the next game: Vape Shop, Impound Yard, Car Crusher, Cab Depot, LS Customs, Marina, Hanger, Vespucci Helipad Pad 2.
Cool 😎. But back in the day's (2014 ) i found some videos here on RUclips that helped me perform a money 💰 glitch while diving in the water for a briefcase of money near the docks. And once its done you save it as soon as you surface up and close the application. Then start again and the money is there again. I did this till i had enough to get weapons and use it in the stock app and made billions. With all 3 characters. Got money?😅

Orjust play the script that has your character just erive around the city. Doing this you just buy 1 business each character then let one of them just drive raking in the profit till builds up. Come back a mth later and play yourself with more cash than you could ever want

We aren't able to purchase new homes in story mode. You can only do it in GTA Online

What do u mean weeks until break even?
Means it takes that long to recoup the money you spent on the property before you can see a profit return on investment.
ah don't buy the Sentorno. it spawns regularly in the red multi-storey in Pillbox Hill.
It also spawns just outside the door of the centrally located Los Santos Customs occasionally.

Yes. West of the ferris wheel on the pier, and south of the tennis court under water on a rusted out platform with a big opening on the top there is a case worth $25k. Swim out to it, collect, surface, quick save, load that save, swim down, collect and repeat. Takes about 1 hour per million dollars. It used to be faster with a slightly different method switching between characters but that got patched.
To do it with each character you have to remember to load the game as the last step, do not collect, and save before switching so the case is still there for them.
