VEPR 12 vs Saiga 12 sporting clays showdown.

- I finally got a chance to do this show down between the VEPR 12 and the Saiga 12 shot guns, and unfortunately I was only able to score a 27 out of a possible 50. My buddy Goose was able to score a 31 out of 50.
Now to be fair I don't shoot on a league like Goose does. The Saiga 12 has had a case of shells through it in the past and the VEPR12 was brand new out of the box, no lube, so it had a few hiccups during the course.
All in all we had fun and the Saiga 12 even got a complement from a few other people shooting clays in other groups that day.

There was hundreds of people out there that day, even at 10:00am. They trailered in golf carts and off-road vehicles! It was nuts.

This inspired me to get a vp12 with a modified choke and muzzle break. Going to show up to the next skeet shoot with it lol

This makes me want to get back into shooting clays badly. I've been out of it for too long.
Do it! Considering ammo cost nowadays sporting clays is still cheap considering handgun or long range.
@@jeerrrrrrryyyyy that's what I was just thinking about. I'm trying to get my buddy to go with to the sportsman's club range this weekend or next to shoot some clays. Idk why I stopped but I certainly miss it.

I have a vepr 12, i don't the nature of this issue, i was shooting clay target shotshells #8, every time i shoot the vepr12 didn't cycle the next round, i shot witb a 00 and cycle the next round, is there a specific round i should use for proper cycling?
We both where using a very low power load 1140 FPS. The vepr failed to load twice, but it was literally the first time it was ever shot.
I recommend using higher power #8, I believe federal made some 1250 FPS.
