If I joined org I completed joining process after offer letter received, but still company didn’t give me the appointment letter after the 20 days of joining date. My Pf ac is not credited yet and Salary also not credited because of till the date one month is not completed. If I received appointment letter and I didn’t sign on that then If I abscond then It will affect? Plz help
@@asuvish7 If no PF account is opened n salary not credited yet.. yes you may leave the firm w/o any NP .. In another case, if company has already opened your PF accnt n they didn't mark your LWD on same date. This might impact u incase you are planning to join other firm. My suggestion is if you do not have any other offers, pls do wait for your salary or chk with other existing emps. Leave only once you have offee.

Hello Mam I have got selected in a company however they have not sent me an offer letter. Their letter of intent only contains date of joining and CTC. They haven't given bifurcation of salary and when i ask them to provide offer letter they tell me that as per our company policy we do not issue offer letter, only issue letter of intent. Salary Bifurcation they have given verbally only. Im not feeling safe to accept their offer with this. What is your suggestion?
No. Accepting offer letter and declining it at a later stage is not illegal. Just inform them of your decision if you have made up your mind. The only worse thing that could happen is that the Company might black list you for future opportunities.

Hi Samrat, Ask them to at least document over an email that you are working there at so n so salary.. coz later on if you will join at some company you won't be able to justify your experience.

@@RaviKumar-vg7sd Have they given any reason for not calling u for joining? Technically you cannot do much incase a company is delaying or not giving you joining basis the offer letter. I would suggest pls continue searching for another job.
Mam i joined a company and did a digital signature on LOI but i have not got the appointment letter can i leave the company will there be any legal issues if i left also in thr LOI it is written its not an official appointment letter what can i do?
