Raptor is more of and off-road toy than a usable truck. And to combat that the new Bison pack that's coming out should just flat out beat it at off-roading on paper at the cost of dropping it's tow rating to the same as the raptor. They have the high trim midsize class basically conquered at this point. They only have one competitor except they have better trim options for what you need the truck for.
ZR2! Off-roading full-sized trucks isn't their strongest point. Pulling, hauling, and not having seats on the floor are their strengths.
I have a 2021 trail boss and i've been considering getting the ZR2 for a while
ZR2 IS MY CHOICE OVERALL
The 75k plus price tag for 7/8 years of monthly payments has something to do with it,lol. My wife and I would love a newbie, we'll see. 👊👊✌️✌️
I have a 2023 ZR2, went to the dealership to look at a 2024 ZR2 diesel .
Local Canadian dealership said my 2023 was worth 30000 less then what I paid for it less then a year ago .
@@Rob-yv2xf Ouch!!!!!! That's not good at all. You'd be better off trying to sell it yourself rather than using a dealership. 🤔🤔
@@Rob-yv2xf Anybody buying these trucks today at msrp (even well below) are going to be destroyed on resale. The days of selling your 2 or 3 yr old truck and not taking a bath are just about over with.
Zr2 ftw!!
I have a ZR2 on our lot that is not getting the attention it deserves. We are selling it as sticker now. Is anyone getting them under sticker?
Silverado or Colorado?
WAY under sticker. Try 10k
It's my birthday. Zr2. Doug Jr!
You and Mike should consider a Toyota Tundra for the channels. Maybe consider a 2nd gen. It’s always Ford,Dodge or Chevy. There is a Tundra, Tacoma crowd out here.
I think for 2024 most people are going to get the diesel in the ZR2 now that Chevy made it available on the ZR2
So if you didn't put rock sliders on it - that's a 'bad' for you, not for the truck, isn't it?
My point is they all should come factory with them. Just like the colorado.
Not trying to bust your bubble but it's not better than a Raptor or TRX off roading....Like another said it was not built to compete against them anyway...Nice truck but not my cup of tea...I do understand hyping it up being a Chevy Boy lol...Love your content brother...
If going colorado go with the bison zr2.
Zr2 FTW
‘Chevy does not need to follow” that’s what they say when they can’t keep up
The new Colorado gets worse mileage than this. I've put 5000 miles on my '23 and I average 15.5MPG and 10.5 while towing. It's nice but horrendous mileage for a 4 Cylinder. The last gen did get better however.
Zr2 for the win
Oh you guys are out near tower city? Well hell I'm in pine grove bud lol.
I think you should really check out a ram power wagon.Just for fun but i think it has everything your looking for in a truck.
My looking for???
Love my 2022 1/2 ZR2 Silverado
I'm going to win the ZR2... Keep up the good work bobby
8000 miles my zr2 motor blew up!!!! 😢
Share some more details of what happened?
Thanks
Engine? 6.2?
Toyota is the way to go.
ZR2 FTW!
ZR2 FTW
according to the most recent videos of gm/cnevy , they have suppossedly dealt with the transmission issues
Dayem you just had to say reliability. I thought the quality and reliability has gotten better. It is a really nice truck though.
Zr2, wow 1 year with the Silverado, hopefully it doesn’t catastrophically break before you trade it
ZR2 FTW ✌️🎩👍
ZR2
Definitely can’t wait to see how the 2500 does 🤘🎩👍
ZR2 !!!!!!!!!!
i love your truck brother ,, i've been looking at the 2023 colorado's , i like mine , the new ones are longer, wider, taller , my wife just rolls her eyes at me 😁
